First time here and Im amazed at the wonderful prices!!! Everywhere Ive been charges $10 for the biggest machine/ $8 for the medium and about $5 for smaller ones! And the biggest machine here is only $7.75!!!! What a great deal! Came here on a Friday at 6pm and the place was completely EMPTY! Kinda creepy, but I was okay with it since Im a bit of a loner and dont like crowds 😊 all machines are coin operated and they have 2 change machines on site (theres also a currency exchange next door just in case you need a lot of quarters). Theres a handful of modern washers which Ive never seen at other laundry mats, mixed with the older models. Overall, I loved the place and will definitely make it my new place! I only come to laundry mats to wash my big comforters since they dont fit in my washer at home but will definitely be back!

Since under new ownership I was very impressed with all the updates at the busy B. The place very clean, newer machines that work great! The place has come along way. Today I was able to meet the new owner and he is a very nice guy and takes pride in his business. Lots of happy customers today. I will be going back in the future .

I’ve used this laundromat in the past when my washing machine broke and found it to be very clean. Recently my washing machine broke AGAIN! This time I discovered their laundering service. My laundry is picked up from my house, washed and folded, and then dropped off to me wrapped in plastic. Love it! Perfect for when I’m busy with family and work. Affordable too. Thanks Benard for providing this top notch service.

It was a quiet spot not crowded. Im from the south so ofcourse prices are different but I will use them again.

At was cozy and safe!! The washing machines were wonderful and it was a beautiful laundry experience! It was my first time going!

When our washer and dryer went out in the same week we dropped off a load of laundry with their wash/dry/fold service. We were super happy with the customer service and communication! If we find ourselves in this situation again we will definitely go back to Busy Bee.

Nice clean place. Attendant was very friendly. The price on the dryers is a quarter and only gets you 7 minutes. Dryer times are way to short for a quarter.

Nice newer machines, kinda dirty but good prices and quick and easy to do alot of of clothes and be out within an 1hr 20 mins or so.

It was the holiday season and I was waiting for my new dryer to be delivered. However I needed my laundry cleaned before my guest came in town. I used the drop off laundry service. I was very impressed. Previously, I have used other laundry services at different locations. I must say Busy B gave superior service. My laundry was cleaned, folded and packed professionally. I couldnt make it to pick it up. The owner delivered to my home. I will definitely use Busy B again. I highly recommend the drop off service.

Several great changes since the new ownership took place. There are more upgraded washers and driers, and are reasonably priced. The atmosphere is brighter and more inviting, and the free WiFi and television make the stay more relaxing. The new owner is very customer focused, and seems truly appreciative of his clientele. With more upgrades to follow, such as drop off service; this has become my laundromat of choice.

This laundry mat is very clean, friendly management and employees. Very pleased with the machines, atmosphere and service.I rate this facility a 5 star!

New owner, Bernard, has completely upgraded the only Laundry Mat in Mokena. Thank you Bernard. All washers and dryers work NOW!!! Many new and larger machines. It is always very clean.Besides the new drop off service, a sink has been added for customer use. Very helpful for pretreating extra dirty items.The vending machines also are now stocked!! and the items in there are fresh, unlike previous owners that had stall and expired snacks in the machine before.I am very pleased with the great changes made to this local laundry mat by new management. it has definitely earned my 5 stars.

I needed to find a laundromat as I had some drop cloths that were too big for me to wash at home, so I googled to find one near me. I saw several, but Busy B caught my eye as all 9 reviews were 5 stars and so very positive. Today I went there to do my wash and the owner, Bernard, was there and proved to be so very helpful. Not only did he guide me to the right size machine, but helped me to figure out which wash settings to use and how long I needed to dry the cloths.I heartily recommend this very well suppied, clean, and friendly business to those who need a laundromat on a weekly, or perhaps occassional needed basis. Kudos to Bernard and much success at Busy B Laundromat!!

Owners obviously takes pride in his business. I brought my baby and he helped me carry and load my laundry! Extremely friendly. The place looks great, best ive ever seen a laundromat. Machines work great and when they dont, he fixes it fast. Two tvs, snacks and drinks, and free wifi. I usually hate going to the laundromat but I like this place. Worth the drive from new Lenox.

After our one and only Laundromat shut down here in New Lenox, we were so very pleased to have found Busy B Laundromat in Mokena to do our business with. A little longer a drive for us, but still close. So glad we found you. Will spread the word where you are. ;-)

Everything worked good. The owner comes if anything breaks. The place is very clean. They have a drop off service.

My first trip here today. Reasonable prices at $2.50, $3.75, and $5.75 a load depending on the washer size. There is plenty of seating, 2 TVs, vending machines, and wifi while you wait. I will come again in the future.

Bernard is friendly, helpful and even gave us his personal cell incase hes not around!

Not overly crowded even on a sunday

The place was filthy. One third of the dryers are out of service. One dryer allegedly working swallowed up a dollar and never did run. None of the dryer vents have been cleaned. Clothes came out smelling and looking like dogs rolled around in them.

They have small expensive washers and dryers. It was quite busy on a Tuesday. I felt uncomfortable and like I was being started at. I wont be coming back.

I decided to check it out instead of using laundry world in joliet. I was highly dissapointed. Dog hair was everywhere including in the washers. I used the dryer for an hour on high heat and my clothes were not dry. I will.not be back.

I brought a comforter there to wash it when I got done washing and drying it had black stuff all over it tar grease not sure what it was
