I don’t even want to give him one star. Alex is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a service position. He wouldn’t even process my package without making snarky comments complaining about taping the top of the package. So rude. He hates his life and we all have to suffer for it. Sad.

If you feel like being disrespected and having your time wasted, go to this FedEx.

They can’t even take a passport pic, after they tell you over the phone they can, lousy service.

Today was my first time using FedEx services. I usually ship USPS or UPS. I needed to ship a package internationally, and I have never mailed anything out of the country before. The man working was very helpful and walked me through the process of shipping internationally. It cost a little more than I thought it was going to, but overall, the process was fairly easy. I had to buy a box for the item I was shipping there, which wasn’t an issue. I’m guessing they boxed everything up for me because the man took everything and had it behind the counter. I don’t really mind if that’s a service they provide, but I would have felt better if I saw the items being boxed or the labels that were created for the package. He printed them in front of me, but I didn’t physically get to see them. I did get to confirm the details on the screen before everything was finalized, so I’m sure the labels were accurate. I don’t know, however, if a label with a return address was printed in case the package doesn’t get to its destination. I guess I’m just a little nervous since I’ve never used FedEx before for shipping. I have the tracking numbers (I shipped two packages; one domestically too), so I’ll be able to track them to ensure they arrive where they need to go. Overall, I would recommend their services and probably use them again.

Employee was difficult as soon as I walked in and told him the name on the order, and argued with me because he was still training and refused to fulfill my order. No manager on site to help employee that claimed to still be in training... I was attempting to get my resume and portfolio printed. Manager said it was too bad I’d have to wait until tomorrow. He claimed they did not carry 12x18 paper (extended tabloid) which is incorrect and that he couldn’t adjust the computer default settings to print the document at 100% on paper of choice. Went to the location in Plainfield where they were more than happy to print the documents on the correct paper at 100% document size. Placed a formal complaint never got a call back regarding it. Need better training for employees if being left alone with no management on site to assist.

VERY helpful location! Sometimes they do get busy, especially on a Monday, because FedEx only does express shipments on the weekends. But its worth the wait for the service you get.

Ive shipped several large packages from this location with no problem. Customer service is ok. Fed Ex isnt cheap, if I wasnt able to get good discounts through my business, I might look elsewhere. One phone call for help in packaging steered me toward a overly expensive option. Their packaging is expensive, I get mine elsewhere. Also, had a problem with one shipment to someone in California, Fed Ex wouldnt deliver on the indirect signature I applied and paid for. They changed it to direct and my customer had to go in and pick it up, it took 2-3 weeks longer for delivery. That was very aggravating. Ive read that some Fed Ex delivery people wont deliver if its difficult for them.

I needed to overnight some important documents and used this location to ship. Paid $23 for letter to Chicago. Documents were never received. Tracking show documents never left this Mokena FedEx office.Documents were stolen by an employee. Corporate security confirmed problem location. Manager doesnt even return phone calls. Complete thieves. Avoid.

No smiles . not a happy camper

Went there this morning at 7:36am. Literally the first customer. They young lady behind the counter asks me if I need help and I say, I need to print something from my iPad. BTW 200+ pages. And she just points to the printer and says you need to connect to the WiFi. And I ask her if it says over by the printer how to connect to the WiFi and she says yes. But it didnt! Im looking around looking around, no one else in the store mind you and so I just decide to leave out of anger and she doesnt even make an attempt to want to keep my business. I know I couldve asked her AGAIN how to connect to the WiFi but she blew me off so easily the first time that I didnt even feel like I should be the one to make the effort to try to get customer service out of her. SMH this is my first negative review EVER. Guess THE UPS STORE is gonna he my printing business from now on.

Overall they are fine but I came in here looking to have something scanned and emailed to me. The employee was all that interested in helping me figure out how to get that done. Tried to sell me an unnecessary for drive instead.

Went to this location with a 13 page contract that had to be scanned to an email and was told that was not possible. Was quoted ridiculous per page price, to scan one page at a time myself with a tiny scanner in the back of the business to a zip drive theyd sell me and I could go home and email it myself. Employee was not at all helpful. I came in with my infant and needed an employee to do it for me. I left, went to UPS store and UPS store employee happily said yes, we can do that for you. They did it for me and charged me $3. Will never return to a Fedex store.

The employees at this Mokena location are always polite and helpful.

Very unfriendly people and told can only use there box to ship items in. Went to different location and helped me.

Ive been here mostly to receive packages. The staff have always been very friendly.
