My mom and I brought our dog yesterday to be seen. Another ER apparently couldn’t keep up and sent us to Mokena. These people work so hard. We thought we would have a 2 to 4 hour wait but they were moving people through at such a fantastic pace. While we were there a couple went to the door with what looked like younger dog, a younger woman answered the door and the man was plainly belligerent to her, calling her a terrible cuss word because she wouldn’t take his dog in first. Another older lady came to the door and apparently had already a confrontation with him and she told him he would not speak to the employees in his manner, they are trying to help everyone in there need. She told him to go to another ER and he called her a b****. They closed the door and moved on helping everyone else. Good for you for not taking that, for handling it professionally and for helping us to get our dog in and out. We didn’t feel rushed through and today our dog feels better. We would never hesitate to use you again.

It was mine and my husbands first time having to take a dog to an ER vet. As expected, this visit came out of no where and that shook us up a bit. Andy is an 11 year old dog we adopted just a couple years ago and we feel hes been ours a lifetime.Waiting anxiously, Andy seemed pretty relaxed and when one of the techs came to get him, he didnt resist at all... Almost as if he knew he was in a safe space with good people!Dr..Gary came out to our car to explain what was going on, answered our questions, made suggestions and was so KIND! I instantly felt better about the situation. We looked at each other and said wish he was Andys regular vet.I hope no one finds themselves in the situation we were in, but if so... This is the place to go. You and your fur baby are in great hands. Feeling very thankful.

Extremely grateful for them. We brought our 8 year old pit mix in last night for facial swelling.. It was around 830 PM and we called as soon as we got into the parking lot. We were informed that there were 7 clients ahead of us and there was a 3 hour wait. We ended up being seen and were back home before 11. They were very informative and fast. He got meds at the clinic and was sent home with antibiotics. Very thankful for them and they made a bad situation way less stressful.

If I could give them a zero I would! Do not take your pet there unless this company trains it’s employees on customer service and empathy. Sandy needs to retire she is extremely rude, who tells a customer if you wanna come come and if you don’t don’t ? I have a 2 day old sick newborn puppy. I will definitely spread the word if asked NOT TO GO HERE !!!!!

I adopted my puppy Garbanzo and not 24 hours later he was very sick. Took him here and they determined he had Parvo. They cared for him and the next day he was much better and I picked him up and he is currently sleeping on my couch. He isn’t totally out of the woods yet but they saved his life. Not only that they were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and they didn’t mind me calling a thousand times to check up on him. If you need an emergency vet please go here.

These people are he most kind vet staff I have ever met. My dog Lucy had a tail issue and all the other emergency vets had a 3-5 hour wait, we called up out here and they had no wait, we drove the 45 minutes and it was so worth it. They got her in and in less then 30 minutes she was back out. They are explained everything we needed to do to get Lucy back to feeling good in no time. And even better, the price at our normal vet would have been $350+ But here it was only $120. We are definitely going to be bringing our dogs back here whenever they have an emergency.-Sincerely, a 16 year old who loves her dogs

Very loving, patient, and caring with your pets. I’ve never felt like a debit card walking in the door. The vets main focus is the health of your pet. They are my go to ER VETS for my 5 yr old Shiba and 17 yr old Min Pin.

We had to take our 16 year old dog in last week at 10 pm. There was no waiting, they came out to get our dog and within 10 minutes they knew what was wrong. He had doggie “vertigo”. They gave him a shot and some pills and sent us home.I took my dog to our vet today and he said he would have done the same thing. He said “they were fair and didn’t charge you for things you didn’t need, like blood work”. Thank you for helping us!

Took my 8 month old puppy here, waited about 1.5 hours, not bad considering we just called that day for him to be seen for vomiting, lethargy and not eating or drinking. Dr. Wojciehowski was great!

My 12 year old cat was really sick and had a fever. I had to go there again the next day because she was in pain. The doc and the staff was absolutely patient with me. I was crying as I told the doc what was going on and she was so kind. She even stayed just a few mins after she was suppose to be off work and it was Memorial Day. I really do recommend this place and I trust them with my baby. My cat came home feeling a bit herself again. Thank you guys!

All I can say is, call before you go.I had an emergency last night & without looking at my dog they told me it was a 3-4 hour wait (theyre were about to do a surgery) & that I should go to another local Vet ER.I went to the other ER & inspite of having an even longer wait, they had a tech look at my dog right away & determined that she was serious enough that she needed treatment immediately -which she received immediately.They may be a wonderful facility, with great people, but apparently they cant handle more than 1 emergency at a time.

Everyone at Animal Emergency vet was patient, respectful and compassionate when we brought our sweet Shelby to them. The doctor was honest but kind through the whole process. Sadly, her life ended that night. We received a beautiful card and pawprint with her ashes. We appreciate all of them.

We went here last night with my dog with complications with cancer as directed by his vet and checked in at 6pm at 7 I called as my dog was shaking and miserable and I was told we are really backed up, it’ll be 5 more hours! I have no words. We left and had to put my dog down at another place. Do not go here-they don’t care and have insufficient staff, obviously. They made an emergency way suckier than it needed to be.

I cannot say enough good things about animal emergency of Mokena. Our dog Hank ate a foreign object and we called them at 2am to get advice, keep in mind we have never been here. They listened to all the details and told us what to do. The next morning we spoke to them again and decided to take him in. Every member of the staff was sooo compassionate and professional. Hank is recovering and doing fine, and we appreciate all their help and will be recommending animal emergency of Mokena to everyone!

I’ve called them a few times for help and they always have answers right away. The staff is very knowledgeable. Thankfully I haven’t had to go in but always think of them when I need help or have a question about possible emergencies. Thank you!

Ive been a ferret rescue for 8 years and never have I ever had such bad customer service or lack of compassion as I did tonight. Not the whole staff, just one guy! The guy with long hair. Not sure if hes a tech or the vet, but either way totally unprofessional as he proceeded to yell at me to turn off my headlights as he walked back into the facility. I drove over 45 minutes from Bourbonnais to this facility as my regular vet could not do an emergency euthanasia. I was not allowed to be with my rescue baby as he drew his last breathe due to their Covid rules and had to sit in the parking lot waiting for them to euthanize him. Not only do I have to live with the fact that this baby left this earth for the bridge without having me there the whole time and had to leave him with complete strangers. But I get scolded because its freezing out and shame on me for not turning off my truck just so my headlights wouldnt annoy whoever it was that felt the need to scold me without even knowing that Im not of right mind and cant figure out how to shut the lights off without turning the vehicle off. I called asking to speak to him so he knew how he made my bad night even worse, but he couldnt even have the decency to call me back, so here I leave a poor review. You sir went into this profession I hope because you want to make a difference to not only the animal you are caring for but to give comfort to the humans in which they belong to and not just to make money off of the people that love their animals.

Just had the most wonderful experience here. Our 17 year old dog was having seizure-like symptoms tonight (Saturday night), so we rushed over here. The vet on the phone couldn’t have been any nicer, asked questions, and immediately came out to see our dog when we arrived. He then took her in right away and said the doctor would be out soon to speak with us after he checked on our dog. The doctor himself couldn’t have been any nicer as well. Such a calm and friendly demeanor, and he explained his thoughts very clearly. We could not have been happier with our experience here tonight and are glad this place is nearby.

Called at 1am for an emergency for my cat’s eye. Had my sister bring her, and I was able to check in and pay over the phone. Diagnosis & service was quick and thorough. Doctor and staff were friendly on the phone. Would recommend if you’re in a tight spot and need immediate care

Through the years I have taken our dogs here in time of emergency. This facility and there staff are the best we have ever known. Wouldnt take our dogs anywhere else.

We took our cavalier here for a tick that need to be removed, and had a GREAT experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Will bring our dog here again if we ever need to.

I brought a dog here in 2015 or so and I do not recommend this place.In fact I hate this place with passion and I believe they could have prevented my dogs death. His name was Chip.I never planned on bringing him here that day. I was young and I had no parents with me at the time. I came back from a trip in Europe and his behavior seemed off, was not eating and solitary. I brought him here because he had a history of bad health as well as the fact that my family vet was closed. He had two previous blood transfusions and I was lucky enough to have him by my side. He almost died once and I did not want it to happen again.When I brought him here the doctor reached for his head during the checkup. My dog flinched and so he concluded I was beating my dog.In reality fast forward 6 months down the line and my dog is a zombie from the meds we were giving him, radiation therapy, whatever it was you name it we gave it to him to try and help him live. He was too young to die. It hurts. Whether I should have put him down or not is up for debate but I saw a fighter who cheated death twice. I loved this dog.These people here. They could have prevented it in the early stages. I asked the last vet who saw my dog if they could have prevented this and when I got my answer. My mind went straight back to this place. I hate you guys with a passion. Something has to change here. I hope you improved since then.I hope you understand my delayed response and I have recently gotten over it. I do not let go of things easily. Especially if that is my own pets life.

Absolutely amazing! We just left here from taking in our cat. The vet and assistants were so attentive and loving with her. It’s so great to know that we have an amazing vet with amazing staff so close to home if we have an emergency

I came at 12am with my little guy struggling to breathe. The staff and doctor were supportive for both my dog and myself. I found my dog has a serious heart problem. I want to thank the doctor and staff for the care and detailed information received. Everyone provided loving care. If your pet has an emergency problem this is the place to go to.

Entire staff was very kind and explained everything that was needed for my cat, Cassie, who ingested some Lily leaves. They kept her overnight for IV fluids. My cat was very well taken care of. I didn’t have to stress at home at night, knowing she was in good hands. They also faxed everything over to my normal vet and kept very detailed notes about Cassie’s stay. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!!

Horrible. took my guinea pig here. when guinea pigs get sick, they get sick quickly and downgrade extremely fast. took 15 minutes for a vet to actually come in. did a basic checkup, took his temp. he had gas and diarrhea, his temp was low so they put him on a heating pad. the vet mentioned some injections that may or may not help and we asked for them. never saw the vet again besides her saying, “i’m worried about him.” the vet tech (i assume) that came in was no help either. they weren’t even with him the majority of the time. he didn’t get the injections, so we asked again. she didn’t give him them, just spent precious time over the costs. by the time they were done, he was in such bad shape. if he got the injections right away, he may have had a fighting chance. they kept pushing for euthanasia, and near the end gave him a pain shot. why wouldn’t they have done it earlier? i know antibiotics could have helped clear up the gas, never was mentioned once. he ended up passing. their incompetence cost his life. not to mention, me sobbing the whole way through, and the vet tech simply being irritating—when she asked if we wanted to do the injections—which we already said yes to—she said, “they may or may not work.” we already knew this, we wanted to try. never got the injections. despite being advertised with EXOTIC and SMALL animals included in their care, the vet said to us, “unfortunately we are not well equipped with exotic animal supplies.” ridiculous.

My big puppy managed to rip half a nail off,blood everywhere I called first and was given do it your self option, I declined. He received great, humane care. He is doing great. Thanks

My cat was very sick and ended up passing away on my way to Animal Emergency. The staff was very kind to me as they took her body and reviewed my options with me. I received a card in the mail with my cats paw prints a few days later. Very happy with my visit here considering it was a difficult one.

Was able to get in quickly, and they discovered our dogs problem immediately.Very friendly staff and vet. Would use service again if ever needed.

I found a cat on the side of the road, in very bad shape. Despite the fact that I didnt know this cat, Animal Emergency was extremely compassionate and helpful. I appreciated their advice and their care for us and this poor kitty. Thank you, Animal Emergency for caring as much as we did.

Brought my cat there for a urinary obstruction, the staff were very nice and attentive. Obviously it was expensive, which is expected when you have an animal with a medical emergency. I would come back if I needed to.

Very kind and professional staff. Had to bring our silky terrier in on Christmas day to be put to sleep. It was obviously a very sad day and everyone there made the experience the best it could possibly be. Thank you for the card and paw prints!

My puppy had Diarrhea from yesterday afternoon. After not sleeping all night didnt want for him to dehydrate so took him here. They were so friendly staff and Dr were great. Would take any my dogs here again.

This place is awesome. I had to rush one of my greyhounds in yesterday for stitches in his front paw. The girl at the desk was amazing. Dr Gary put me at ease and took great care of my Big Bird. Couldnt ask for better. Very compassionate caring people. Thank you!!

Dr. Gary Soumar and his staff are remarkable, caring professionals and examples of the best in their field. They are highly recommended.!!!!After calling Mokena Emergency Animal services, we brought our poodle, Olivia, in to their facility. We were seen immediately.Our dog had suffered a stroke, was lifeless and dying. Dr. Soumar was so honest, kind and compassionate. We were allowed to stay with Olivia and say our goodbyes for as long as we wanted.She was put to sleep at our request, and the Dr.’s recommendation.... when her breathing became very labored. There was never any pressure from the Dr. and staff.They are amazing people and I will come to them again in the future, if we have another dog that needs emergency care.The Silk Family

My 2 year old cocker spaniel was having trouble with his anal glands. I had called them to see if I could do anything to help him (since this was happening at around 11:30pm). The woman I spoke to gave me great suggestions, but unfortunately, they didnt work for my dog. I ended up bringing him in and they helped him right away. Both the doctor and assisting vet tech were so sweet to myself, and more importantly, my dog. They were two awesome individuals who were able to give my dog the relief he needed.

My poor dog, Boogie, came in from the backyard full of burrs, licking the floor maniacally and swallowing continuously. I had no idea what was happening! I called this office and spoke with Emily. She was SO kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She provided so much clarity. I would recommend this place to any pet owner!

I had to take my 6 year dog in because I came home from work and she couldnt walk. Her and her sister were playing while I was gone at work and she must have gotten hurt during their play session. Little did I know she had arthritis in her hind end and it caused her more pain then it should have. They were very kind to my wonderful girl. Now I know about her arthritis we can go back to her normal vet and come up with a way to treat it. I am forever grateful for how amazing and kind their staff is!

I brought my cat here for an emergency and they were excellent. The staff & Dr were so sweet and helpful. Also treated my cat very conservatively and didnt pad my bill which is so appreciated. My cat is doing much better and Im so thankful they were there. Id recommend this place to family.

The absolute worst place to take your pet for an emergency. Vet tech Sara needs to learn “compassion” or find another job. Rude staff!

Incredibly grateful to this place and everyone who works there. Ive been here multiple times with my dogs and cats, and they always have done an excellent job caring for my animals. The staff is fantastic and gives you emotional support as well. Im so glad I live so close to their facility.

We have used this facility twice in the last couple of weeks and have been thoroughly impressed both with their competence and compassion. Not really sure where these negative reviews are coming from, because they are really about 180° from the experience we had. The first time we were ever there, we had to bring in our oldest cat who had died that morning for cremation services, and in addition to the compassion they showed us that day, they even went as far as sending us a sympathy card and a final paw print from our cat. Again, we were not regular customers, we had no prior relationship with these people, and they were kind enough to do that. You never want to have to go to an emergency vet facility, but I would take any animal I cared about there without hesitation.

Our 13-yo Maltese was attacked by another dog at night. We rushed him to this location scared and angry. Dr. Gary and his staff were absolutely fantastic to work with, took great care with our dog and could not be more helpful. Their staff was professional, courteous, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for helping in a very scary situation.

This facility is a disaster, the worse veterinary clinic I’ve ever visited, horrible customer service and careless employees, unless this is your last resort, do not take the risk to see these unprofessional people.

We were very disappointed. We brought our dog in after she was in a fight with a raccoon. She had a scratch under her eye that wouldnt stop bleeding and a small scratch above her eye. The doctor didnt do a full exam on her, only looked at the places we pointed out. (Later we identified scratch on her stomach and puncture on left leg.)The doctor didnt review cost of treatment before proceeding just said Im going to shave the area to get a better look. We were then charged for the shave, cleaning of wound area, and skin glue (that didnt work- she was bleeding again by the time she got home.) We will never take an animal to this clinic again. Looking back, this was a minor emergency and probably could have waited till morning. Glad we got a test run with them on something minor - I wouldnt want to experience a true emergency visit there.I ended up taking our dog to the vet in the morning because she woke up bleeding around her eye and leg (area not identified due to poor examination that cost $69.)Very disappointed.

Cant understand some of the negative reviews really. Weve taken our pets here several times over the years and they have saved us each and every time. Maybe some people have unrealistic expectations, I dont know, but the quality of care is wonderful and cost is very reasonable for an emergency vet clinic. Very caring and compassionate, were very grateful to have them nearby.

Staff was very rude. Not all of them just the two that i talked to. After picking up my cat i went to midwest in mokena and staff was very very friendly and had compassion. I understand that because of this virus the emergency vet is probably hectic right now, but getting attitude for no reason is uncalled for. My husband got attitude over the phone just to see if they were open. Anyone that goes here i hope you have a better experience than we did. Midwest in mokena is alot friendlier. Unfortunately their not open past a certain time so we have to deal with this place just so our furbaby can get the medical attention that he needs

Animal emergency was referred by my veterinarian because my baby bruno was sick and need all night attention, when we got the receptionist was very kind and very understandable also the dr, I lost my bruno and they were very compassionat, thank you for the card with my bruno paws it was something wonderful to receive over the mail with those wonderful courage words, thank you so much for explaining everything to us about our dog health.

We were treated well here and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We were given choices of treatment options and my little Yorkie was back to himself quickly after their treatment.

I have taken a couple of my dogs here, usually at night or on a Sunday. I have always dealt with the same vet, and she is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, able to diagnose quickly and accurately, and is very affectionate to the animals. Yes, expensive, but like others have stated, its an emergency room, after hours and I am just thankful that this place is less than 10 minutes from my house.

Had to take my cat on a Sunday evening for an infection. They were wonderful, compassionate and truly cared about getting my cat better. Erick and the vet worked to get my cats medical needs taken care of and out of pain. If you have to take your animal for an emergency, they truly deserve 5 Stars!

The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They assessed my dog very quickly and immediately intervened and for that me and my family are very grateful. I highly reccomend this facility.

Great experience The doctor was extremely kind and caring and the office staff was very friendly. My dog with bladder cancer who had been on chemo since February warmed to to this vet very quickly (which is not usual for this Scottish terrier ). The vet got the diagnosis right (stomach ulcer) and recommended OTC meds, faxed the records to his oncologist in a timely manner, and Kinzie is back to his old self.... His appetite is even back which I thought was low from the cancer but maybe it was the ulcer ? I will be back for any pet emergency.!

The doctors are all nice But the staff is terrible and extremely rude. I called with a question a few hours ago and I was upset and the woman on the phone was the rudest person Ive ever talk to. And at the same because the staff is who you deal with first before you seeing Dr. Im looking into other emergency vet so I dont have to deal with the staff again

One star and that’s GENEROUS. The staff there was SO rude, impersonal, and non welcoming. I left in tears out of worry for my dog and in complete stress due to the bill. They charged me for things then told me the price after the fact. I then called afterwards to inform them of some progress my dog made upon arriving home with some follow up questions... and STILL so rude. In the waiting room I was FUMING contemplating on how to even begin to address the staff/Vet. When taking your dog in for an EMERGENCY you want SOMEONE to have some empathy and to feel some sort of comfort. Overall, I was not happy even in the slightest. Their bad attitude, inability to communicate and just rude atmosphere ABSOLUTELY means I will never go back. They got their $500 for an X-ray...

Brought my dog here last minute and they took very good care of her overnight. The vet is very caring and she took the time to explain the x-rays and treatment for my dog

This was the very first time in my entire life that I ever needed to take any pet of mine to an emergency animal hospital during the night.The doctor and staff at Mokena Animal Emergency were VERY compassionate and not only took into account the issue with my pet Breena, but they were also concerned with me as the owner. Needless to say, like any animal lover, I was a wreck over my little dog and her sudden condition. The staff there as well as Dr. Wojciechowski were VERY responsive, warm and comforting. EVEN IN THE MIDST of a sudden rush of other emergencies that all seemed to show up at the same time I was there, they (the staff and doctor) juggled each case very professionally, with courtesy, explained in detail what was going on and doing so without a single hitch. Breena needed to stay overnight for IV fluids and observation. When l left her there I honestly left with a sense of relief knowing that they would do everything needed to help my little friend which they did and shes doing so much better today!I would and DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mokena Animal Emergency for any pet emergency you may have either day or night.

Ive been very satisfied with the vet on two late night trips. There is no place else to go when you have an after hours pet emergency, and I am thankful they are there.

My dog got hit by a car and I rushed her here. Unfortunately, she didnt make it in time and passed away. I was beside myself and totally hysterical and the staff was really nice to me. The only thing that sucked was that they charged me $60 alone for the DOA visit .. this cost more than some other vets charge for regular visits and they didnt even have to do anything other than put a stethoscope to her chest. God forbid I have any other emergency with one of my other pets, Ill bring them here.

1st experience w/ Vet ..6 yrs ago. My mini doxy was hit by a car..rushed him in.Great service.immediate care. Healed up quick.Tonight 5/17 my 6 mo old pup ( dobe/ aussie mix)ate a heart pill my husband dropped on floor. I called in a panic ( not sure if i should make him vomit?) JAZZ answered and helped calm me down .And i took care of Hank and he vomited it ( And 5# of Food?!?!) up. I was so happy and relieved...I called back to let her know he was ok! And To THANK HER . THANK YOU JAZZ...what a sweetheart...so professional...sweet voice..kind, patient. And unserstanding.The kind of person who has a gentle demeanor..i can tell is GREAT PEOPLE AND CRITTER PERSON...KUDOS.

The entire staff working the night my pet became ill were competent and compassionate. My family and I are very grateful for the care provided.

I woke up last week at 525 am to find my elderly cat barely breathing.After a couple of phone calls I was told to try mokena Emergency vet. I was panicked and crying with my poor Boogie Woogie wraped in a blanket almost dead. I knew what had to be done and Mokena treated us with respect making her transition quick and gentle. They even contacted her vet for me. I cant say enough good things about the staff. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Giving this place a one star is VERY generous- if I could give them a negative star rating I would. We took my poor dog here in hopes of relieving some of his pain. We noticed him not being able to walk on his hind legs and he was throwing up . The doctor barely took a look at our pup and told us to visit our own vet and said GOOD LUCK! What kind of vet would treat anyone’s pet like that in the time of an emergency. This doctor took no xrays and claimed that he has a tooth abscess- which cannot be confirmed without an X-ray and this was confirmed by our vet. It’s one thing if you cannot handle this emergency but the bedside manner was horrendous. The doctor clearly didn’t know what he was doing so basically shoved us out the door with little to no remorse. Do yourself a favor and take your precious pet to another clinic. Another office also may not be able to do anything- but during a difficult time for your loved pet the least this vet could have done was offer some support and have a better bedside manner.

Its not where you take your pets its the Dr that cares for them. Dr. Wojo (maiden name) has shown kindness, compassion, friendship, and empathy to them and myself over the years. If you ask her for an honest answer on how she would handle a situation she will give you one. If you are looking for everything possible to save your pets life, if there is a possibility, she will give it to you. There is no one else I would trust with the care of my animals. This is a woman that truly loves what she does as much as we love our pets. With that in mind there is no one more qualified than Dr. Wojo.

Terrible animal hospital. I regret bringing my pet here. I don’t recommend this place. They gave me my pet almost dead. Didn’t mention anything other than “she is just sensitive to noise” which was causing her to shake. They suggested continued treatment at my vet. My poor cat DIED in my car after she was picked up. Imagine your cat meowing, shaking and drooling from her mouth as you’re driving to your vet for “continued treatment.”

The doctor was not helpful at all. And keep making jokes about my dog.THIS PLACE SHOULD SHUTDOWN. I never met someone so rude, disgusting, and nasty in my life. . PLEASE don’t take your animal here. Trust me it will be the WROST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE.

Yes its expensive but they saved my puppy. He was very lethargic and they couldnt even get his glucose to register. They did everything they needed to and suggested a couple of vets to bring him to in the morning. I feel very lucky that I went there when I did.Before this experience, I had to take my 18 year old cat there on a Sunday afternoon to be put to sleep as it was her time. They knew how hard this was and made it much easier. They brought her to us a fleece blanket and gave us all the time we wanted with her. The card they sent with her paw print a week or so later made us all smile.

If its a pet emergency you might as well let your pet suffer thru the night DO NOT TAKE I repeat DO NOT TAKE your pet here if you dont have at least $300 just to see a Vet my pup broke his entire foot i didnt have all of the money so they shipped my pup to a shelter they didnt want to work wit me AT ALL

Very helpful! Would definitely recommend them if your pet has an emergency.

Avoid this clinic at all costs!!! Make the extra drive to Premier in Crestwood. If you go here for surgery your animal WILL come home covered in blood and no e-collar. I would love to go into more detail but i will save that for my complaint with the state! Do yourself and your pet a favorite and run away from this place!!!
