Always a great experience. Very nice and very helpful manager. I registered a new car. We forgot to pay the sales tax on the car. She paid the tax for me to which I reimbursed her for when I picked up the plates. Thank you!
I’m really not sure why everyone gives these girls a bad rating. They’ve always been nice when we go in there. They know what they’re doing and almost always have answers to my questions. If they don’t know, they find out. They’ve been helpful for us many times with license plates, stickers, renewals, trailers, etc.
I have been going there for years.very friendly.and they have always been able to help me
So helpful very nice women that helped my daughter and I arrived at 4:00pm right at closing no problem she stayed 20 minutes to help us thank you

Always helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend them very highly to anyone who has a sense of value and common courtesy. And if you arent in the system, I never did anything to get in the system but I k nm own that I have had help over and above the call of duty. GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!😊
On October 3 at 3:10 p.m. I arrived at the place to change my check and the extremely arrogant woman did not want to change it just because I did not sign it in front of her when I signed it inside the place 30 seconds before going to the window; RACIST !
There are 2 female employees there who are just flat out mean. I came in there to try to cash a paycheck and the employee refused to help me because I was not in the system.They are flat out rude.She did not even bother to put me in the system. I think it sucks that Mokena has only one currency exchange with lazy employees who do not like to help their customers avoid this currency if you can as long as you have rude stuck up employees who dont wanna help you I am not sure how they are still open..
My plates on our new car had a error on it. Whiten 7 minuets the ladies had it straighten out .A pleasure to do business with.
