I worked there for 7 years and made 10.50 an hour. They hire at 10. When I started to ask questions the manager told me I was a bare minimum employee. I think over 7 years, everyone can agree 50 cents isnt enough anywhere. I have pretty great reviews on google so I couldn’t of been that bad! I feel they don’t value their employees at all. Remember to tip well, the stylist rely on them.

So, Im a well seasoned professional hair stylist myself but I didnt tell my stylist that. I had grown my hair long just to try it out. My hair was awful - the kind of client I see walk into my salon and try to hide from. After going to 4 mens barber shops in the area that were either closed, didnt take credit cards, or were rude to me because they didnt want to cut my long hair - I decided to try Honeycuts. Why not? I was able to get in quick, COURTNEY did an awesome job! And trust me, Im VERY picky being a stylist myself. I LOVE my haircut. I had a very good experience - and Courtney will be cutting my hair from now on. 5 stars. *Remember to tip your stylist well - they work very hard.

Good customer service from the ladies that help me one problem though the company really needs to take the time out to hire other people to clean the cars cuz it was bad service when you have to wait an hour and a half to get help because they got to stop what they doing and clean each car and then come back and help the next person all the money that this company makes they cant get people to clean the cars yall need to do better the management needs to do better

Hey good customer service from the lady that helped me but the management I think is not good because you dont have enough people to clean the cars and have customer service Help the People check their cars in or to get a car or whatever needs they may have so I feel as though in my opinion yall need to fix this problem because that day you lost a lot of customers whose just said forget it need to find people to clean the cars other than the customer service agents

Ive been to most HoneyCuts over the past few years and all are consistent. Never had a bad haircut. Each person can take as long as they want so there is no rushing. This allows them to do thier best work. There are no rookies, all are pros at cutting hair. The hair wash is included in the price. The only con is you might wait 30 min if they are busy. With tip, about $30 which is well worth it especially if you want/need to look polished. No one is pushy on extra services or product.

My two sons and I have been going to the Mokena salon since we moved to the area seven years ago. We consistently receive a great haircut and always feel at home. Alexis always remembers how I like my hair cut and gives a fantastic scalp massage. The salon is always clean and comfortable. We wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been a Honey Cuts customer for several years. I stared dealing with Tinley Park, IL location and regularly used Lauren. When Lauren moved to manage a store in Mokena, IL. I started going to that location. I can always expect a great complete haircut and friendly service. Laurens professionalism radiates through her staff. Give them a try you will be pleased.

I was in to get my 18mo son a haircut & the lady doing my sons haircut was very unprofessional. He was very fussy during his haircut & I was visibly upset while she was saying hes going to look silly if we didnt finish it. We ended up walking out with it unfinished cut cause he wouldnt sit still. As I walked out I heard her say to the other lady if that was my son I would of strapped him down until it was finished. Who the hell says something like that.. Very unprofessional.
