I had my windows tinted a few weeks ago with 3M PRO and wanted to see how thinks looked after everything was dry. I am amazed! I started looking and getting quotes at several locations. Several places just pointed to their displays and never explained their products. When I walked into Mobile Concepts, Rene, the owner, spent time with me to explain his products and then looked at my truck and made recommendations for what was best for my truck and the local conditions. I was able to get in within the time I wanted and the truck was done within the timeframe told. Their work looks amazing and I am very happy with the work completed!

MC installed my window tint.I called in at 9am. I was able to arrive at the location at 10am. The technicians began on my car at 10:30am and was complete by noon.The service was exceptional and they got the job done quick.I chose the 3M tint, it looks great. The tint is 25% also!You pay for what you get. I know there are shops that may be cheaper, but cheaper will never beat QUALITY!I highly recommend Mobile Concepts!

Man... the level of disappointment is unreal after dealing with this shop. Now I won’t say I’ve had a bad experience with the owner he hasn’t rubbed me wrong in any way. My entire experience is with Justin and this entire review is based off that experience so readers keep that in mind. I contacted them for a custom box simply put. I ended up purchasing a box, subs, amps, install, and more based on recommendations from Justin and his claim of 25+ years doing audio and his supposed knowledge level. I will say after this purchase and the experience I had trying to be a actual satisfied customer I won’t ever spend another dime nor recommend anyone to have any work done here. I attempted to have them inspect my system to double check the work they did. They claimed to be too busy. So I paid someone else to inspect the system and I had 3 other outside opinions from shops with much more reputable status than this one. They all informed me. The Box was improperly sized,designed and tuned for the vehicle and subs they sold me mind you, the amp I had was better than the one they sold me and they sold me a faulty amp, the subs were improperly wired in the subwoofer enclosure, the ground was installed in a less than stellar location. I called to get the specs on my subwoofer box they told me that the guy who built the box mysteriously quit and they have absolutely no way of finding any of the specs for the box they installed in my car. And any thing I say I’ve physically seen or know Justin immediately tries to discredit anything I have ever tried to say. When I told them I was not happy with this extremely subpar work they told me I should spend even more money. Unfortunately I will be spending more money elsewhere to replace essentially everything they sold me and I have someone currently going over everything they touched as I don’t trust any of the work at this point. Trust me you won’t know you’re being screwed until you’ve spent money and need them to help. If you’re buying car audio of any kind I highly highly suggest you look elsewhere. I almost never leave reviews but after $5500+ spent and no joy in the purchase I had to save at least 1 person from the same mistake.

Rene and Justin run an awesome place here! They went above and beyond helping me get my radio fixed for a road trip. This is not a good business for everyone be Careful when you deal with them. I had been a long time customer with these guys since 2000. At first I had work done on my brand new 2000 Chevy suburban. Stereo, amplifiers, speakers alarm with electronic start over the years. I developed a connection problem year later the original work was done on 147th. I needed repair done on the connection on the stereo. I took my truck to the Orland park location where I meet Rene he took it in and he said they located the problem then went on to say if I changed my rear door speakers and my four channel amplifier I would have a better sound. I agree to have the work done and ask him to leave my old amplifier and speakers in the back of my truck. When he got done I paid him in full left and when I got home I looked in the back for my old amplifier and speakers they were not there. I called back over there he said he looked in the shop and didnt see them and the installer had left and too call back tomorrow. I did and he told me he fired the installer and he would make it up to me. When I went back to him to have some more work done he didnt remember the incident or me .It gets worse, one day I went to let my backdoor window down on the left side, it wouldnt go all the way down. I opened up the door panel to find out they glued a plastic magnet cover over a smaller magnet to make it appear too be a better speaker. So he didnt change my rear door speakers. I moved the plastic cover and when I went back to the store one 147th street I told them about my experience with Rene and to check the other door they would not acknowledge it. Now my right side rear door window is doing the same thing, so the glued on cover must have come loose on that side. Be Careful they can be crooked.

Asked them to look at a quick video to see if they could do similar work that I seen on YouTube I got blown off and now I have to physically bring my bike in when someone there could look at a video I could save time and money. Not sure what happened to this place I have previous work done there but I guess being in a previous customer means absolutely nothing

I had them install a dashcam and hardwire a radar detector, and also install tint. The work they did is great, and Rene was quick to respond to one issue that I had. Id feel confident going to them in the future.

I went in today to get and schedule and appointment for a remote starter on my Jeep Patriot. Crazy enough the owner squeezed me in today and had it ready in 4 hours. There are so many types of different remote starters Mobile Concepts has to offer. Justin, one of the technicians helped me out and explained to me the differences between all the types. The owner as well helped me decide what one would be best for my needs. Overall I am very happy with the customer service and price of this business. The owner is very respectful and loves to help with any questions asked. I highly recommend and will go back for any future work.

Id give zero stars if I could. Scheduled an appointment, 5 days ago for my son to have a window tinted this morning. I was told itd be a 7 hour process so arranged a ride for my son to come home and took a day off of work. Upon arriving hes told that they dont do tinting on Tuesdays. When I called, the individual I spoke with couldnt have been more indifferent / rude. I was told were extremely busy, what do want me to do and kept calling my son that kid. I hope you stay busy, but with this kind of service, I doubt it.

This place is a joke! The owner rene garza had some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Waited for speakers i ordered for two weeks. They told me to bring bike in and then after dropping off bike called me back and said they didnt order all the parts for the install. So i got my bike and waited almost another month for them to get the other parts in. No biggie right. It gets better. They charged me another two hundred bucks upon picking my bike up the second time after they finally installed the speakers.. after paying for what i thought was the speakers and install.. it gets better. They damaged the rear fender on my bike! Dropped some type of tool on it and chipped the paint. The owner rene garza would not admit to doing it, so i told him id like to return speakers and get my money back to fix my bike. Rene garza the owner cussed me out and told me he wasnt going to do it. I would suggest never going to this joke of a place, the owner rene garza is very unprofessional.

Horrible business, I had a scheduled appointment for window tints at 9am. I brought my car in and was told they would call when the car was finished. At 2pm they called and related their tint man left for Mexico and they can’t tint vehicles anymore and I needed to pick my vehicle. I picked the car up and was treated very disrespectfully by the owner. Zero stars for this place

Supposedly the the Viper remote start alarm that was on display as well as 4 others on display that was last years models they didnt have in stock anymore 🤔🤨was trying to make me spend $300.00 more. Had brought my own radio in with the reverse camera because thats what I had in my car b4. They told me it cost more 2 install the camera then the radio and accessories 🤔🤨the good is installing was quick, they honored an IOU from last year, and I got some warranties

My sons key fob broke, so the security could not be turned off. The car was not able to be started with the security enabled. We contacted several dealerships to help us override the security to avoid a tow. For a week I even tried the manufacturer and no one was able to assist. Everyone indicated that we would need to tow the car. I reached out to Mobile Concepts and explained my situation. They assisted me in putting the car in valet mode. I was able to drive my car to their shop. And in about 5 minutes without re-installation, I had a reprogrammed key fob. The only thing I was charged was for the new key fob at just over $50. I saved at least $500 dollars from what other dealerships requiring a tow and a new key fob full installation. I appreciate their teams integrity.

Rene has been great to do business with through the years! Had a remote start installed in a Buick back in 2003 and its about the only thing that still works as it should on that old car! Fair and knowledgeable!

Great company and fast service. Brought in my RV and they install a new stereo and speakers and a custom face plate and fixed a few existing problems with the dashboard mounting brackets. Also hooked up the backup camera to run all the time with the stereo screen. Would recommend to everyone, Great work!!

We have purchased 2 remote start systems from them, and just upgraded the second one to start from a phone, no big deal, an additional charge but we knew it would be... the guy quoted my wife 249 and one hour... she agreed, they did the work, and charged her an additional 85 bucks to do the work... had it written in super small above the cost of the “upgrade” and argued to my wife that he told her, which he didn’t, she wouldn’t have agreed to the work to an existing system that they installed. Business must be slow because they are clearly gouging extra dollars... never again.

My boyfriend went and got the complete works on his gmc terrain (tint, led lights etc) and I really love how they fixed him up so it was my turn and got my 2018 Ford Escape window tinted and Im in love, it made my car finally look complete. And they were super quick I was in and out in no time. Will recommend 👌

And when I said I have plans for the afternoon they said they would have it done on time. They completed the work early. Excellent service, offered an upgrade but didnt try to oversell. Great experience from start to finish. I had to come back with extra cable and they didnt even charge me extra for their extra work. They set my phone with with the head unit. Im super happy with the way Shaun and the other guys explained everything. They also never pushed their own products like many other shops do. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have an average Mercury Mariner that needed more bass in my sound system. I for one want to feel the base rather than hear it. They hooked me up with an amazing 12 inch sub with an adjustment nob. I have never been happier. They even worked later than posted hours to ensure my car got done. Very happy with quality and service!

Got a Viper Smart Start installed for my wifes car and the service and was excellent. We worked out pricing and scheduling with ease over the phone and then dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up in the evening. We were shown how to use the new feature and everything went very smoothly.Great price and great work. 5/5 stars

I had a remote start installed by mobile concepts as a Christmas gift. These guys went above and beyond my expectations in the quality of their service and customer relations. During the installation there were some technical difficulties, but Mobile Concepts knew what they were talking about and were persistent in solving the issue. The issue was that my car was telling the technicians that it had too many remotes programmed to it; having bought the car brand new, a 2014 ford fusion, I didnt think that that could be the case since I only had two keys in my possession. To make a long story short, Mobile concepts made multiple calls to my Ford dealer, in Grand Rapids, MI to solve the issue. With minimal help from the Michigan Ford dealer, Mobile Concepts solved the issue on their own time using their connection at a local Ford dealer. One week after I had initially brought my car in for the installation, they took it back in and solved the issue immediately. It turns out that my car had 7 remotes programmed to it, and the limit is 5! All in all these guys really know what they are doing, perform quality jobs, and will meet all your needs and expectations in customer satisfaction. I am very satisfied with their work and the remote start also works great. So far I have been able to start my car from a basement with the car down the street. Quality product, and highly recommended!

I was searching for a tint shop to tint my car windows and as any consumer would, I was just calling around to see who would give me the best quote. Even though, every other company was friendly, for the most part, Rene (the owner) went above and beyond to assure me that I would be incredibly satisfied with my experience, he even offered to give me a ride back to work so I wouldnt have to waste money on an uber!! Talk about great customer service!! Anyways, Ive had tints before on a prior vehicle so I didnt really think there was that much to it but he assured me that just like with any product you purchase, you always want top quality. I just brushed it off and honestly just decided to go with them because of how welcome he made me feel. I appreciated that instead of bashing other companies which I tend to see other companies do, he explained the benefits of the quality of the product. Even though I did find a lot of other options that were more economical, when I saw the quality of the tints, I couldnt believe it!!! I honestly did not think that there was a difference between tints. My car instantly looked 30xs classier, I honestly cant stop staring at it. I couldnt be any happier. I called them on a Tuesday morning and requested a quote for having my car windows tinted, I was told $250. Im sure of it as I called two other places and wrote down the quotes for all three. The $250 wasnt the lowest but the one lower didnt seem credible.I called back later that afternoon and booked an appointment for Friday am. I arrive to drop off the car and was asked to fill out a blank form with my address and services. I do and write window tint as the service. We never discussed price again but I assumed $250 was still the number. Many other reviews here claimed this place had transparent pricing so I assumed itd be fine.I go to pick up the car and am told itll be $400. The form Id filled out now says $400 on it. Im positive it didnt say that on there when I signed it because since I had other quotes I wouldnt have left the car there. Thats a $100 higher than the previous highest quote. The manager and I then negotiate down to $350 which is still egregious.I wouldnt consider this place a trustworthy establishment. At best youd better make sure you take a picture of your receipt and document all pricing conversations.

Very impressed by the staff and the overall experience. Sean was great about getting me setup with 2 sets of new speakers, and took the time to patiently answer my questions about the speakers themselves and what would be involved with the installation. Drove home with my new speakers, and was completely blown away! In my experience, its very difficult to find a place that wont try to up-sell you on a bunch of stuff you have no hope of ever using. I walked in here yesterday for the first time I got the number from the JL AUDIO website I’ve called ahead of time spoke to Justin and made a deal over the phone for $1700 plus possibly buying a 6 channel amp as well for my Jeep. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman he was kind enough to show me his personal set up on his wrangler. I also made it clear that I was a JL AUDIO fanatic that was the main reason why I visited this place. I have a question about the mounting procedure and Justin came off very aggressive I didn’t pay any mind I then decided to change my interior speakers since I decided to purchase the 6 channel I showed him the speakers i wanted with my research and the information off the JL audio website I picked the c1 and c2 interiors. He said that the c1 wasn’t a good series and to upgrade to kenwood. I didn’t like that idea the other guy said stick with c2 I told him that the c2 wouldn’t fit then he aggressively said yes they would leave it to me that your research and what you find online is untrue. Then he went on and on ranting about a 2nd place winner in Florida’s Jeep show on how he personally customized and he new what he was doing. Everything that i said he countered didn’t leave room for me to speak at the end of the its my money my car. He had zero customer service skills. I honestly didn’t like the vibe here I came in cash in hand ready to close the deal.i think I avoided a much bigger issue if I had continued.I’m replying to clarify a few things to whomever wrote back...You clearly bashed the Jl audio interiors I’ve chosen and recommended to “upgrade to Kenwood”. I simply asked to stay with JL audio products that’s what I was most comfortable with. As for mounting the vex pods it’s listed all over the web that it was possible with the padding ( for future reference). You discredited everything I said and continued on how great of a installer you were Justin. Over the phone your right you gave me an estimate and I told you that I would come in and put a deposit I was convinced enough to drive 28 miles. About that amp yes your right I did ask about the used A6450 that you new nothing about but if you were paying attention instead of bragging you would of heard me say that I did want 600/6 Hd amp that I’m about to purchase from crutchfield. Many examples on how you need to work on customer skills or maybe retail isn’t for you. Thanks to you Unfortunately for the owner he lost A longtime Jl audio customer. Please I hope you would have some ethics and post some truth here and man up to your mistakes instead of taking advantage and using a mask an excuse.

My wife wanted a remote start for her birthday, so I did a little research and decided to come here. A quick phone call and they explained the different options for remote start, and estimated the time of install being just a few hours. Dropped the car off in the morning and walked the few blocks to the mall, grabbed some coffee and relaxed, then came back and the car was ready. A quick demonstration of how to start it with the original key fobs, and we were good to go. I appreciated their work, their accuracy on the time estimation, and weve really enjoyed having the remote start with the recent cold weather. I would not hesitate to go back again or advise friends/family to visit Mobile Concepts for their remote start or car audio needs.

My first and last doing business there. I have a 2013 fusion that I wanted a remote start on. They installed the remote start($350). AFTER, it was installed they informed me that with fusions it usually doesnt blow warm air and that I would need to take it to the dealer to get something reprogrammed. This service should not cost anything extra. As I was in a hurry to leave i did not want to argue with the guy. Cause Ive never gotten anything done at the dealer for free except a recall.A lot of my paneling under the dash wasnt replaced properly also. They knew that my car wouldnt blow cold before installing it and did not tell me thats why they get a crap review. I feel that they were not being upfront with me...at all! It cost me $125 at dealer to reprogram my car to blow warm air while in remote start. Having a Ford factory remote installed would have ran $500. Which I did know the cost of a factory and would have taken that option had I known they couldnt full fill my needs. Secondly they put 3 of there stickers on my car which I didnt appreciate at all. Whether I was pleased with there service or not dont take it upon yourselves to place stickers on my car. Thats weak! I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. And, there was not one happy customer in the waiting area. For various reasons. I would not recommend this place.

I was referred to Mobile Concepts in Mokena, IL by my car dealer when I asked about installing an aftermarket radio. As soon as I arrived, Sean greeted me and we spoke about the radio he was going to install. I decided to upgrade to a different model and was very pleased with the price I was quoted.The service provided by both Sean and Charlie was wonderful. The installation was perfect and the car was finished ahead of the time promised. When I picked up the car, I received a 20 minute lesson on how to use all of the features of my new sound system.Thanks again for a great experience. You have a new customer for life.

Went in an got my windows tinted on a Friday. Waited for the windows tint to adhere to the windows as instructed. On Tuesday I noticed that my 3rd brake light cover was broken from them tinting the back window. I called them and they told me to come in and they would see what they could do. They offered to rig it up but there was no way that i was going to let them bandaid the issue for me to fix it down the road. The owner proceeded to tell me that they didn’t do it and basically told me to leave his shop. I will never go back to this place. Piss poor customer service.

NO ONE get work done at this place I got work done on my car alarm and my air bag light came on and they refused to do anything about it so I took it to my dealer and it cost me $500 they have HORRIBLE customer service I seriously recommend anyone looking into this place to go somewhere else !!!!!!!!

Great service at mobile concepts. Just had an MTX premium sound system put in my car and it sounds excellent. Quick hook up, friendly owners, and the price was right. Needless to say I will be doing business again in the near future. They do a wide variety of interior electronics for the car with sounds and even lighting inside and out of the car. 5 stars

Had remote start and tinted windows done good job on window tint had my car from 9:00 to 7:00 p.m. and messed up putting the alarm system and remote start tapped into other sensors on the car and caused problems with car had to take it back to the dealership to have it straightened out they would not back their work.

Had an alarm & remote start put into our 2015 Camry, and have had continuous electrical issues with dash lights...... and headlights. Do not reccomend whatsoever.

Called on a Friday afternoon to get a quote on installing one of their stocked remote start packages. Was quickly and accurately informed about the options and costs. I was interested in next day install but knew they would probably be booked up and they were. Got a call a few hours later that a spot was now open and they could see me that Saturday. They guaranteed it would be done by 2 when I told them I needed it and I got a call by 1 so they kept their word. No problems so far - everything works like it should. Was told a lot of local car dealers use them as a third party to install non factory starters and based on my experience that trust is not misplaced. $350 out the door for Viper 1500ft range remote start - two one way fobs

Recently purchased a Fosgate P300-10 from Mobile Concepts and had them install it on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ. Very quick and clean install. Shaun does great work. Did the same on my bosses Mercedes. Good price too. 100% satisfied customer.

These guys are awesome!!! Chuck was very helpful. He told me how muchIt would cost for a viper smart start over the phone and didnt go back on his word. Usually other places will give you a price and then once they get half way done with the work theyll say oh this is gunna require more parts which will cost $100 extra. Not these guys!!! Very nice and honest people and extremely helpful no matter how many annoying and dumb questions you ask theyll smile and give you an answer. These guys have earned my business for life!!!

Took my Jeep into mobile Concepts for a stereo, speakers and interior lights. My air conditioner was blowing hot air so I brought it into dealer turns out the wiring from the speakers they put in was bunched up around the actuators which made the air conditioner not work properly. Also when they put my reverse camera on the spare tire they left out a lug and my spare almost fell off. They pride themselves on doing good work but I wouldnt let them work on my bicycle.

I got aftermarket headlights installed there for my 2007 Honda Accord Ex and the communication and work they do is very reasonable and amazing. I would defiantly recommend these guys to anyone in need of work done to their car.

The owner Rene said he personally guaranteed his car alarm. Never worked, and caused my wifes cars steering to go out, and slow down on the highway from 60 mph to 30 mph (extremely dangerous) on multiple occasions. The tech refused to fix it, or even take it out...forget about a refund (this was almost immediately after installation). After the tech disconnected the car alarm, magically, all the problems went away. The owner refused to even take the car alarm out of the car, and refused, time and time again, to refund our money (350 bucks). Dont trust a word that they say. They are scam artists.

Dont waste your time on this place!!!I went to this place today by my lunch time - 1 pm - since I work close. I asked them to install my aftermarket dvd on my corolla. The guy from this place came outside and checked the dvd I have and my car. After that he said 100 bucks I will do it. It was a bit expensive but I accepted, so he took my name and cellphone number then I scheduled the service for the same day by 4 pm.So, I got there by 4 pm and after waiting 10 minutes in the waiting room the guy from this place asked me if I can come back Friday because they didnt finish the job before mine. Plus he said the dvd has a good chance to does not work after installed because the wire on the dvd was short.Two questions:1) Why he didnt take a look properly on the dvd when I got there before my lunch time?2) Why they didnt call me to reschedule for Friday before I get there by 4 pm?Anyway, It wasnt a good experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Alan, this is an update to my Oct.18, 2010 review. I wont go back to Mobile Concepts!! I took my car to Sudden Impact Customs in Alsip, they had to Completely re-install the alarm ( unfortunately on my dime ). Could not be happier, Mike and his guys are true professionals. When I went back to Mobile Concepts about reimbursement, Renee said NO WAY and made every excuse he could for the poor install. Saying that they have always installed their alarms this way, and theyre going to continue to due so (even though the Direct Electronics inc. instruction guide for the alarm, states in print not to install the alarm modules as they did or there may be problems!!!!! ). Renee than told me that i will have the same problems again soon, and even said that Ill be kicking myself in the a** for having them do a supposed reinstall. SO EVERYONE BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know in todays fast paced life a lot of things go unappreciated and not noticed but Id like to take a moment out of my busy life and compliment all the employees/service techs at the Mokena branch of Mobile Concepts. Everyone of the employees/service techs were truly a compliment to their craft, exhibited the highest level of courtesy, patience, knowledge, professionalism, and understanding when they dealt with my daughter and I. From the initial purchase, to the installation, and finally to the time the employees spent instructing how to operate the new equipment was honestly one the most pleasurable experiences I have ever encountered and they have definitely set the bar for customer service. I am definitely going to be a loyal and returning customer to MokenaMobile Concepts. All businesses should model their service work after Mobile Concepts. First I received a quote for viper alarm and got an Avital and was told its the same. The kill switch on the alarm malfunctioned and alarm had to be changed. Less than a year later it goes out again and I have to pay for labor. Wont be back!

I came in to get my alarm/remote start system fixed. They did everything they could but it was an old crappy system with a broken transmitter. They gave me a fair estimate on a comparable system and installation. Sadly I didnt take them up on it because my car is an older car and not worth it but Ill definitely come back if I ever need anything looked at.

Im sorry I finally got around to posting this, this was done about 2 months ago. As I felt like after I left the shop that we were ripped off, Im sorry but I dont how else to word it. My husband and I were under the impression that the steering controls were working minus the volume controls, but none of them are working. To top it off the installer that did the install told us when we made the appointment that it would roughly $350 no problem hooking up the steering controls. If we wouldnt have heard that we were just going to install the sub box and amp to the stock radio. So we got the radio and amp installed for $472 with no steering controls, so I hope that makes sense when you read this, that my husband and son had put our sons radio, amp, and sub box in but my husband didnt know how to do the steering controls that we were told wouldnt be a problem. So I guess Im a little upset that we were charged for troubleshooting a problem that wasnt fixed, and we werent called that there was any issue to give the go ahead and continue troubleshooting at my expense so that is why I dont want to take my car back there. I was very depressed to think that we spent that much money for a radio and amp install, so much so that I was sick to my stomach when I pulled away and realized none of the steering controls worked. Also the bass didnt hit all that well when I was outside of the shop because it was in the open I guess but my husband tweaked the amp and radio for a while and got it to work the way I wanted it to sound. I really dont know what to do at this point because I dont like feeling like I got robbed when I paid for something and then didnt get what I was explained would be working if not in full at least partial, ie volume not working on steering controls.Update - I finally got a chance to take my car to another shop to see about the steering wheel controls.... The PAC adapter, PAC SWI-RC Steering Wheel Control Adapter, for the steering wheel controls was not there!!! It was stolen by this company beware. I have the receipt on Crutchfield still to prove I purchased it and everyone I showed my car to knows that when I got the car back the steering wheel controls never worked after they touched, at least I know why now.

I just got a kenwood head unit put in a along with all speakers taken out and 4 rockfords put in. In addition, I got a 4 channel amplifier and my subwoofers put in with a custom box. These guys did a excellent job and were very nice. The car looks great and is professionally done. The sound is clear and there has been no problems. Lastly, initially I was going with a pioneer head unit that was about $389 and thats what we agreed on but when I came in they surprised me with the kenwood to give me all the features they were talking about and that was $300 more! I didnt owe them anything they understood I was on budget and they helped me out. These guys do a lot for there customers and do great work. Thank you guys again.

I called Chris about buying a Clarion NX602 Nav Stereo. Chris and there master installer Donny were great! Very knowledgeable, did a fantastic job on the install, made me feel welcome. Prices were also very good. No complaints, highly recommend this place. Clarion NX602 is also a great radio! I live over 30 mins away, and glad I made the drive.

I brought my car in to get speakers put in and have an ipod loading dock installed. When my ipod dock wasnt working as sold, Will told me its because I didnt set-up any playlists on my ipod (???). He didnt want to take resposibility for the ipod dock not working properly, so he literally had verbal diarrhea and was coming up with whatever came to his mind as an excuse. He obviously wanted to leave because it was a half hour past closing time. The other man (cant remember his name) figured it out and it ended up functioning properly. Will just wanted to take my $1000 (for the speakers and ipod dock install) and call it a day. Poor.
