I called Dave Jager to come repair my washing machine. As I explained what i had found in my efforts to fix it, he helped me determine that the transmission bearings were shot and that it wouldnt be worth replacing them. Thanks to an honest mechanic who is more interested in helping his customers than in racking up fees for service visits. I will call Dave next time I have an appliance problem.

Was able to get an appointment quickly. They were on time and diagnosed my issue quickly. Gave me honest advice and helped me navigate the warranty with the manufacturer.

Initially he was coming to fix our gas dryer but that could not be salvaged and while there we asked if he would take a look at our broker ice maker (over a year now) no one else would or could fix. We were told since it was THOR and purchased online we would need to call manufacturer, call stores even tho stores did not sell nor want to help since it was a Thor. Needless to say after spending a YEAR back and forth I was beginning to lose hope and then he took it apart, and was able to repair it! I could not thank him enough and today WE HAVE ICE!!!!! lolFunny because even tho I have to buy a new dryer I am MORE happy to do it versus the ongoing battle of trying to find a part for a fridge that NO ONE CARRIES!!!I went on my Facebook this am and uploaded the business card and let all of my friends and family know to use you guys as I know I will!!!

I called everyone in my Homer Glen/Orland Park area and either they didnt answer/call back or all service apts were out a week..I eventually found Jager. I believe the owner answered and scheduled me next day! $59 service charge which I found was the lowest. Im happy with his services. He gave me his card (see attached image).

Our LG clothes washer stopped draining, we called Jager and they were able to come out right after the holiday, he quickly diagnosed-confirmed & replaced the faulty sensor, and pricing was VERY reasonable, and service charge was only $59.

My washing machine broke down mid cycle during the week, and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. All the work was done very quickly. Bonus the repairs were not as expensive as I feared they would be. Super professional, highly reccomend!

Dave came out to fix my tenants refrigerator, which was not getting cold enough. He did a great job of fixing the problem and was professional and polite. Ill definitely use Jager again in the future.

Our Samsung Dryer went out two days before we do laundry. The appliance service I used previously came out a day later than indicated and told me he would return the next day with the parts. He never showed or called. I called 3 other services and no one could come out or at least three days. I then called Jager and explained my situation. He came out within two hours assessed the problem, made calls from my home to locate the parts needed and said he would be back shortly.He arrived as promised and repaired our dryer . he ran the cycle and was not satisfied with the heat level. He asked if I had a tall ladder, went out and climbed up the roof to the exhaust duct, cleaned it out and it was working like the first day. This was an dryer vent exhaust that I had cleaned professionally two month ago by another duct cleaning service.I encouraged him to charge me a premium for his service but he declined. Its rare to find this level of professionalism combined with conscientious service .

Our Whirlpool dryer stopped working after only occasional use. Jager called me back on a Sunday and made plans to show up tomorrow. He was able to fix out dryer quickly and efficiently and gave some tips on how to minimize problems in the future. Its hard to find good, honest people these days, especially in appliance repair. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars is not enough!! I called Jager Appliance Repairs today after another company failed to return my phone calls.Lucky for me I met David Jager. He told me he was in the area and could stop to try to fix my refrigerator. He was at our home 40 minutes later. Hes professional and very nice. He had our refrigerator fixed in about an hour. He had the part in his van and the cost was very fair! Im glad that I know now who to call when our next appliance needs repair. Thank you David!

Had another repair company come out to repair me my refrigerator, they misdiagnosed the problem, and wouldnt call me back. David came out, properly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. You can trust David and when I need other repairs on my appliances I will be calling Jager Appliance Repair.
