Do NOT, I repeat do NOT, use this company for airport transportation. If I could give them a negative review I would, and save any family from this terrible service I would without hesitation. This company stranded us with our 5 children at the airport at 1 am without even a call or text to say they canceled our ride. I booked a limo to take 2 adults and 5 children to the airport and pick us up when we returned home. Paid in advance. They REFUSED to pick us up and never even bothered to contact us. After calling to inquire about our ride (and being hung up on after being on hold for 15 minutes) they lied to try and say our flight was over 2 hours late, learn to read a clock, we landed 1 hour and 10 minutes late. He said they will just refund our money. A refund did not help us when we were stranded at the airport at 1 am with 5 children, this was more than an inconvenience. In all fairness our trip to the airport was very pleasant, however we booked these rides for the convenience of getting home from the airport which is they refused, without even a notification.

We have used mokena limo from O’Hare to New Lenox and we requested meet and greet service as it was for our international family members so they would not have cell phone so it was an amazing experience we get notified every single move from drivers.Definitely thumbs up

Mokena to O’Hare was fabulous experience.They are the most reliable and affordable limo service in south suburbs. We have 6:00 am earlier morning flight and we need someone at 3:00 am we had bad experience in past with UBER and LYFT they are not available when you need so we call them and we were surprised we get 2:00 am text message that drover on the way when driver arrived we get notified it’s amazingly well organized limo company in south suburbs.
