Got a good price on a quality name brand mower. Could not for the life of me get support for recalled parts. The manufacturer told me that Puig could mail me recalled parts. Puig had no information regarding this and insisted that they would need to see the machine. Manufacturer said that was ridiculous. The machine I bought was last years stock, so I did get a good price. At the expense of mice eating into the air filter likely from it sitting in the shed for a long period. The engine was also surging due to having been stored with very little, year old fuel sitting it in. It likely need to have treatment as well as new fuel added to prevent the half gallon that was in it from going bad due to E10. Im happy with the machine, but not happy with this dealer. I had to work out the kinks and luckily the manufacturer was able to do this without the need for Puig dealer support. If youre looking to purchase from this dealer, just realize you may not get the support you should get. If youre ok with that, then you wont have any issues.
My mower recently died and all the repair shops are backed up at least 2-3 weeks. I diagnosed it down to a few parts and with Martys advice ordered them. Marty had the needed parts the very next day. My 15 year old riding lawn mower sounds better than it has in a very long time. Martys prices are very good and his service is the best. Glad I found a great shop for the next repair or next mower purchase.
Marty was very helpful with recoiling my spring for my lawnmower and put a new cord in for me. He even stayed after hours to finish the job so I didnt have to go back!! Very reasonable and highly recommend.
Called before driving out, hoping to avoid the hassle. Just come out was the answer when I asked if I could describe the problem.Get there and showed them the whine in my drill. Thats what a drills supposed to do. Right, it turns, but thats a really loud whining sound. Thats what a drills supposed to do was the really great and creative reply. Furious.
