Found our floors on a no sales tax sale. Duke was excellent in advising us of the return policy. It was easy to purchase then come back to pick up. I returned 2 pieces and it was quick and easy. Excellent customer service and we love our engineered vinyl floors!

We got a great deal on our flooring even paid a little extra to have it shipped to our door. Hassle free environment but staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. This location had a great amount of flooring variety!

Clean store with knowlegable, professional, fun, friendly employees. There are many samples of different types of flooring on display with prices shown. The stores floor is sections of different types of flooring so you can see some different options. The men who were working there answered a lot of questions for me about the durability, water resistance and pad available. They also sell the pad & lots of other strips or edges you may need to finish the floor. They install also.

Bought my flooring here, vinyl planking, and its been amazing. Love the flooring! Took me a while to finish the project, but extremely satisfied with it. Staff here was extremely helpful. Way better variety than what was available at the big box stores, and for a better price. Financing was extremely easy and was a big decision for making our purchase. Thank You!

He even found us a better price on materials a few days after we had visited and called me to give me the good news!The contractors he chose for me were super good too.
