Always makes me feel comfortable, at least as comfortable as can be when getting a wax. Prices are very good. She is always moving forward with new products in the industry.Cant wait for her to reopen.

I purchased this package through Groupon because of all of the wonderful reviews and thought it was weird that I kept being bombarded with notifications about being on time(mind you I was ten minutes early and still had to wait past my appt time) After being seen she asks how much growth I had which was a week of growth, because previous waxers had said that was sufficient. She then she begins yelling I cant do anything for you! - like that I was magically supposed to know. She then refers me to her website that NO WHERE states what the appropriate hair growth length is. Absolute horrible attitude and disgusting customer service. Wouldnt send an enemy to her.

She has an attitude! She kept losing my groupon voucher # so I had to pull it up every single visit. She would get very annoyed.She then told me that I waited too long to book my next appointment but she had no availability! She kept complaining about it the whole I was there.
