My car got stuck on the side of the road due to a brake issue. Jay helped me by towing my car safely to the mechanic. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He gave me a call to give an accurate arrival time. My car was able to be repaired and in good condition after the towing. Thank you!

Worst tow experience ever. Save yourself some time and exasperation and just call or request Ramonts towing, they are fast and very well trained. Plus theres ppl at the tow yard in case you need your stuff, United just has you show up and then try to charge you 125 bucks, then ask you to ask the cab company nextdoor to let you in! Like really? Im trying to contact gieco to change tow company now, even though Im not paying out of pocket they dont deserve my business.

I called United Towing when I locked my keys in my car. Jay arrived very quickly - 18 minutes - and just a couple minutes later opened my car door. He was polite, professional and friendly. United towing provided excellent service and I will call them should I need roadside assistance.

I had a friend that need it a tow, so I recommend United towing. this company charge him $200 dollars for about 4 miles distance hauling. in my opinion is just way over price. Will Not use them again and obviously not recommend this company.

I called my insurance i need a tow and they told me someone is gonna be there like 1 hour but i waited for 4 hours, so i called United Towing to tow my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9, the dispatcher told me someone is gonna is there like 35-40 mins. The driver (JAY) he called me for a update he was on the way told me he was 15 mins he well be there, but he came in 10 mins wooow i was very surprise he was on time even the dispatcher said 35-40mins. And my Evo is lowed he was very good and he take care my evo very well, without scrapes or getting stuck on the on bed, i well use United towing again and I recommend the driver (JAY) for lower vehicles to tow

Called for a tow said 30 to 45 min Ill have a driver there hour an half later I called back he said driver should be calling you an hour later still never got a call. Would not recommend this company at all! I ended up calling salyers towing they showed up in 28 min of me calling!!

Man this place really helped my out my car got a flat tire in downtown modesto and they got there in 10 min and brought a spare and changed my tire very affordable price than others and ask for jay the manager he helped me out alot.

The tow truck was called from my insurance company and they came in 15 minutes due to it was hot in modesto and they came and jumped my car and waited for 10 minutes to see if my car hold the jump and it did and the driver was very professional and clean. thank you united tow you made my day.

United tow was called from the CHP because i was stuck on the side of highway 99 and the driver showed up and he saw we had a family in the van and they called a taxi for us for free and they took my family to the dealership and me and my car because the engine overheated and the service was great thank you united towing.
