Called for service.. said they would be there in about an hour.. called and they said they would be on their way.. 2 hours passed.. no one showed up. We just decided to call and cancel.

I called five different tow companies if they could tow in an apartment complex they all said no. Called them they came pretty quick and were very professional.

Driver was there within 10 minutes of me calling! We were in a dangerous area of S 99 at night time with very little lighting. But driver made me feel safe throughout the entire process, he was very professional and fast and seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing. Loaded my car fast and without a scratch! Also, a big plus he was cheaper than any other tow company I called! Thanks so much for your help! :)

I had a problem with a flat tire and my address is in a difficult location which made my car hard to find. The extra time to take care of my situation that is usually provided for stranded individuals plus putting air in my spare (which I didnt realize I have) the service was above and beyond what I expected.

Waited an hour and a half for a 1 mile tow. Should have paid attention to the other reviews. Was not told the eta would be 1.5 hrs.

Totally saved me! Great prices and they came within 15 min! Everyone else wanted me to wait an hour, or pay an arm and a leg! Totally love this place!
