Helpful,friendly,good selection of pool chemicals,not hyped up prices

Way overpriced. Ordered same part on Amazon for less than half the price.

I went there yesterday with my uncle/boss to get filters for his pool pump and also 300 lb of sand. The young lady at the counter was very kind and courteous. She was even going to help by pulling the dolly to the truck and help unload it into the truck. I couldnt allow that being a man and all. Overall, outstanding customer service.

The woman there is very knowledgeable. I kept trying to get my pool from constantly turning green, and she helped me understand the different chemicals I really needed to nix those problematic factors.Tip: Keep your chlorine gallons for your returns, otherwise you will pay an extra $3 per gallon. Theres an $8 deposit on a crate a 4 gallons on your initial purchase.

Went there for above ground pool accessories and found they are a treasure. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and decently priced. We live 45 minutes to an hour away from Gordos but will definitely remain a customer. I recommend giving them a try!

Very disappointed!! The man in glasses at the register was pushy, and rude. I tried to explain my needs and he hurried me along. I needed a pool skimmer for a childs pool, he shoved some cleaner in my face and when I was reluctant he replied well whatever I need to move along. I then proceeded to pay with an unemployment card and he said, it must be nice living the sweet life. Totally disrespectful. Ill never shop there again!

I use Baquacil in our pool. Its an awesome product if you have sensitive skin. I had no clue how to use it at first. They were very helpful and taught me everything I needed to know

Gordos has everything !!!! Plus their clerks have the pool knowledge I needed. And if they didnt know they would turn you over to either the owner or someone with more experience. Its the only place Ill go and feel at ease to what Im buying. They are pricey but worth getting the right product. Thankyou Gordos for your service. 14 year customer I give you a 5 star ☆☆☆☆☆

GORDOS IS THE BEST POOL SERVICE IN MODESTO ! THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW PUMP AND RECONFIGURED OUR PVC LINES TO BE MORE EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO CAME BACK OUT TO HELP US FIX SOMETHING FOR FREE ! VERY FAST AND COMPLETE SERVICE !

Tried calling 4 times Friday 2/28 before noon for either Maria or john and no one answered phone- when call went to voicemail a recording said I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. If they’re too busy to answer the phone I am not surprised they don’t promptly return calls if at all. I did reach someone at 11:45 am about my service call appointment feeling a bit frustrated with this challenge to reach at least One operating Voice mail box. Perhaps they should disconnect voicemail, reduce workload of returning missed calls, and perhaps free up time to answer incoming calls...,it could happen.

Best service ever! I went to Leslies Pool Supplies and they were rude and unhelpful so I wasnt very optimistic walking into Gordos, but I was very wrong. Not only were they extremely friendly they were extremely helpful too. The part I needed doesnt exist and they helped me make the pump that I already had work for my pool. They know their stuff and they will always have my business now.

Darrel you must understand the cost of service and repair. If you could ha e done it yourself you would have saved a bunch. Im positive that if you could have found out that is was the gasket for sure the company would have givin you the info you needed to fix it your self. They just like everyone doesnt plan heir fees around the cost of parts they are putting In but by the hour plus mileage would be my guess. Put it this way I needed Instalation in my home and got a quote. The company was going to charge me over 2,000 dollars to do it and said it would take about 3 hours to complete. Of course I asked of any way to reduce that fee and they suggested renting the machine and buying the insulation myself and doing it so I did. I looked into Home Depot and got everything I needed for 300.00 a savings of over 1700.00 dollars for three hours work. Its the price of business and getting things done for you. Gordos pool is a very honest company for me that Ive been dealing with for years. John and his team care about everyone and is always working with me to keep costs down. And yes it sometimes means I have to do the work but they are right there explaining step by step how to complete the work..... And believe me they dont have to. Thanks Gordos for the great customer service for over 10 years.......Anthony R

I called this company over to my house to have a look at my spa since it was leaking. It was a gasket that was the problem. The gasket was replaced in less than 10 minutes and had a total cost of $2.17. I was charged $127.17.
