We were not the first offer accepted, but because Don urged the sellers agent to keep our offer as a backup we were the first call for the home we really wanted when the original offer fell through! If you dont have a relator Don is your guy! My fiancé, family and I couldnt have been anymore lucky with Don as our relator! He truly was a blessing!
