Scot Baker does an excellent job inspecting homes. This is the second time weve used him and he always goes above and beyond our expectations! If you want a thorough evaluation of your property, he is the best in the business. He catches things that most inspectors wont and it could save you tons of money.

Baker Inspection Group has the most complete, clear, and thorough home inspections. Expect them to take 2+ hrs. but also expect views of your attic space and crawl space, and a very complete report. Scott is kind and communicates clearly, and they have great pest inspection partners. Use who you will, but I will only be requesting Baker Inspection for my personal home inspections in the future. Thank you for your great work (and saving my buyers in the long run!)

Scott really took his time to do a thorough inspection of the house. He was very meticulous and professional in all aspects. He took his time to explain all of his observations to us and answer all of our questions. When we received the written report, the online platform was easy to access and high tech. He had some panoramic pictures, videos, and red arrows pointing exactly to the spots we was reporting on. We highly recommend Baker Inspection Group for anyone wanting to put their mind at ease in the inspection process!

They have a nice online process to get started and get the reporting quickly. In addition to this the detail in the inspection was thorough and they took extra time to make sure everything was captured. We have a great report to track our corrections needed. The were also available quickly so I was able to keep on our schedule.

Baker Inspection Group performed an inspection on the home I was buying 1 year ago. He was extremely thorough and gave a detailed report to me at the end. He was very professional and walked me through the entire report. After living in the house for a year I can confirm he found absolutely everything that needed fixing. I honestly cannot praise the service enough.This was my second home and while purchasing my first I got a short check off sheet of things the inspector looked at and that was it. That was not the case with Baker, he took pictures and extensive notes documenting any find.

Scott is really good at explaining his work in very simple language. Hes very thorough, and will walk you through every detail (if you want!) of what he found during the home inspection process. Hes thorough enough to identify even small problems, but practical enough to not make you worry about the small things. Baker inspection group went over and beyond for us. They spent their time inspecting our home, provided friendly service and helped explain the process and some of the things we need to fix as well as attached some how to videos in our inspection packet.
