Rizon Pest Control was highly recommended to me when I purchased my home in the Central Valley several months ago. On the first visit Joe introduced himself (with mask and keeping his distance). He explained the services he offers and what he would be doing in detail. At the end of that first service he let me know what was completed and made a couple of suggestions to improve the surroundings of my home to help prevent potential issues. I thanked him for the info and was already working on it. I sometimes catch a glimpse of what he does and am impressed. He sends service reminders, he is prompt, friendly and always professional.

Joe has been more than amazing such professionalism and kindness truly he’s here for the customers! When we moved into our home our home had been vacant for a while so many critters had made there way around the house spider roaches pincher bugs wasps and many many black widows in our backyard we even found one in our garage I have 2 little ones so I was terrified! Joe actually took it upon himself to visit us a little more frequently just to make sure he was able to kill of everything and even swept away all the black widows and nests spider webs everything! I love that he mentioned he saw we had little ones and wanted to help us keep them safe from all those black widows! We truly appreciate him and will continue to highly recommend him! And I should probably add no more bugs since!

I had a big pest problem after moving into my new rental and Rizon got rid of it after the first service. Always on time always professional service and very knowledgeable. Joe is wonderful and honest. He isnt out to make a quick buck on his customers and genuinely believes in customer service and professionalism. Originally called him to diagnose and handle a possible rodent/wildlife issue which he went above and beyond for, that also contracted with him for bi-monthly pest control on an ongoing basis. Post-service reports/invoices are sent usually same day via email and paying online is super easy too - no waiting for an invoice in the mail then having to mail a check out. Extremely fair pricing too! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Joe was great! Showed up to our home for an ant problem. The ants were coming in from under the fireplace. Simple household spray hadnt helped. He examined and assessed the situation fully, and explained each step needed to correct the situation. He was very professional. The work was done quickly. A few days later we are still ant free.
