AAI Pest Control has been taking care of my home since 2004. The technicians make it a point to let me know (if I am in) that they will be spraying. I am sensitive to the chemicals used so they do a special dilution for me and I stay indoors. I have never had a desire to change service and found no reason to do so.Recently I discovered they have a construction division which repairs water or inspect damages. I was horrified when I found what I thought was insect damage but turned out to be wood rot caused by a leaking area on the roof. They answered my call the very next day and promptly arranged to have everything fixed. These men are all specialists. They all have my gratitude. I found everyone, including the office staff, to be very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this Company.

I have to say weve been pretty happy with AAI. They come as scheduled, technicians have been very nice and cant say weve had any real problems or had to call them back after they left. I would say if anything maybe a little more sweeping/brushing of the eaves and under ledges for spider webs, but otherwise its been good.

Bill came out to do an inspection and he was very professional. He did such a thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. I really appreciate the time that he spent with me and would highly recommend him. Loved him!

We called AAI Pest Control for rats under the house. They did a great job finding the areas around our house where the rats were getting under the house and set up traps. They were affordable and knowledgable. Id definitely use them again (but i hope i dont have to!).

Great company. However, they have a tendency to CHANGE your monthly schedule without your permission. Its very difficult to keep them on an agreed upon day of the week!

Great service by both the office staff and the techs! I was using AAI for my inspections and another person for my service. When I began having issues with my service person I switched to AAI and am glad I did.I have been using them for my service for about 5 months now and have never had any problems except for a minor scheduling problem in the beginning and it was corrected promptly with a smile.

Very friendly service; had my roses treated with systemic pesticide for aphids. Had questions about what kind of pesticides were used and all questions were answered. For anyone curious, its the same thing you can put on your cat or dog for flea medication—you know, the liquid drops that you put on the back of their neck. Its called Imidacloprid. It is highly toxic to all kinds of arthropods including good ones such as spiders and bees, so be sure you are ok with that. There was an additional pesticide that was used in conjunction, but I forgot the name.
