Great place to rent equipment for a party. Show up on time and pick up on time. Good communication and would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be using them again in future.

Horrible customer experience. We booked a tent back in Feb of 2021 for an event in June, they guaranteed that they could put up a 30x30 tent in our backyard. We provided the office the exact measurements and was told “don’t worry my guys will come and install it.” The installers came in and said they couldn’t put the tent up because they don’t have a 30x30 tent and refused to do so. This was the day before the event was to start. The installer even stated that the main office does this all the time, where they promise customers something and then can’t deliver. Reasonable pricing but definitely a horrible customer experience, would not recommend to any other friends or family members.

Inexpensive for rentals. Pricing on piñatas is a bit confusing and not well labeled. Store is somewhat dark and cluttered but great for a bargain. They were on time with delivery and the bounce house was well received. Tables and chairs were clean and working.

I have had such a hard time getting any help... they are not there during the hours listed and wont answer their calls during that time as well. Such a shame to see great reviews but not given the opportunity to experience it myself considering I host many parties.

They have the best prices and so much to offer for parties. They were very nice. and didnt have any issues. I asked if they could drop off the bounce house earlier than originally asked they said they can drop off the night before which was even better so it was one less thing i had to deal with on the day of the party. I would recommend them anytime!

Unresponsive. Tried calling every number on the web site, messaged, emailed, text, and mailbox is full - cannot leave a message. No call backs.

I am very disappointed with this place and the quality of their customer service. I have rented from this place on different occasions and recommended this place to my sister for my nieces first birthday party. We placed our order over two weeks in advance. We were told the tables would be delivered between 10 and 10:30, we called at 11am to check on the status. The woman who answered was very rude and got defensive, she stated that they had arrived at 8:30am and no one answered. No one had come, we had been waiting, she then stated we were calling her a liar and didnt like the tone we were giving her. Moms you the stress of preparing for a party and the fact that the most essential party isnt here doesnt really make stress levels low. The lady then said she is canceling our order!!! and hung up. When we called again they did not answer. That fact that a business is okay with canceling someones order the day of is so unprofessional. I work in customer service and you should always try and help the customer. We now had to scramble to try and find tables and chairs 3 hours prior to party. I will never rent here again!! Really sad that people run their business that way hope karma bites them back 10xx harder.
