Our first time climbing. Took a lesson with Laurel, she was awesome. She made everything very easy to understand and emphasized safety. This spot is a treasure for sure and I highly recommend!

The people are wonderful, both the other climbers and the staff. It is a small, friendly, independent gym. The prices are low compared to what I am used to, but match with both their limited hours and size.For new climbers: I have been to many gyms, and have seen many new climber safety/belay classes. The ones I have seen the staff give here are complete. You will know what you need to know to stay safe and have fun. Yes, I really do check my partners harness and knot every time; I really do go through, on belay?, belay on, climbing!, climb on, every time.

A friend an I took came with my 12 year old son. Was a great place for some fun indoor climbing. My son got the training on how to belay and tie the knots and soon after he was holding the ropes (belaying me) while I climb, it was great. We all had a lot of fun.

Chill little climbing gym. Not the cleanest gym but, hey, for Modesto this place is pretty rad! Definitely glad it exists! Grading is more accurate than other gyms.

Awesome family fun! The instructor was helpful, patient, and professional. Defiantly a weekly trip with the kiddos! Help spread the word so we can keep and have more-top notch business like this in our community!

I forgot this place existed! Theyve been around since we were kids. My siblings and I used to come here as kids, and we recently came back for a visit. It was great! Great help from Michelle who refreshed our memories on belaying one another. Superb workout as well. I recommend coming here with friends or for team building.

I love this place it is pretty awsome the only thing is that it gets pretty cold so I would bring a jacket

Staff is amazing! Even the customers! Everyone is so helpful and nice. The inside is well kept too. Myself and my family really enjoy our time here.

Went here for my 8 year old daughter to try some rock climbing, and she loved it. There were quite a few walls for her to choose between and she tried several. The cost was only $10 for her to climb, and then it was $8 for me to get the belay training. The training was quick and efficient, and I didnt drop my daughter even a single time. So I guess it worked :)I plan to go back here with my daughter and I may even try some climbing myself. Ive also referred several friends towards it already, cause its fun and kid friendly.

Great climbing gym! Super helpful for those of us who are just starting. It was exciting watching some of the more experienced climbers scale the walls. Cant wait to go back!

Fun, small gym with a decent number of top-rope and lead routes and a little bouldering wall. The staff was great. The grades are stiffer than most gyms.

I visited this gym during a business trip recently. I did not like this rock climbing gym very much and I dont understand why there are so many great reviews.1) It was very dirty (the floor is made of pieces of rubber and it would be impossible to clean) and the mats were very lumpy2) The tape was falling off a lot of the boulders so it was pretty hard to tell where the routes were. When I asked the guy working there for help he told me that some of the routes were use any feet. I was told that you just have to know which ones this applies to, and that they make it somewhat deliberately confusing because we dont care about customers. I couldnt tell if he was joking or not!3) The top rope courses looked pretty fun but because I was alone I couldnt use this part so I was confined to the bouldering areas.4) It was very reasonably priced for bouldering.

We went to a birthday party for adults here and everyone had a great time. Its a really cool gym.
