Happy I found this place, I Just moved up here from Sherman Oaks and needed to send money quickly home. Worked fast. Right off the 99 Freeway and was open very late.

Customer service is horriblethey tried bribing me with a 25% off discount code to change my review and so I took the bribe and changed it and still havent recieved a code. HA such a joke. Will be posting bad reviews on EVERY coinworks ATM in California until these LIARS fulfill their promise. Tried reaching out multiple times with no response.

Got a receipt for my exchange and everything just straight up did not get sent... what kind of scam are u guys running with no one able to answer phone calls... Please make this right or I will escalate this.. we both dont need that kind of headache... This will be my final attempt

How do you post negative stars?I bought bitcoins at 1:06 pm Saturday, January 4, 2020. The transaction failed, with instructions to call the Coinworks 1-888 number. I did so, and waited patiently for their response for the suggested 24 hours. It has now been 3 full days, 9 phone calls, one email, three Facebook messenger texts, and one scathing post on their Facebook page. Still no contact from them at all.After four days and 15 increasingly irate attempts to contact them, Coinworks finally contacted me today, January 8, and agreed to complete the transaction. I am not changing my rating for them because it took them so long to correct the problem, and they did not even attempt to contact me to say they were working on it during that time. Simply telling me they were working on it would have helped a lot.It is now nearly three weeks since the transaction failed, and it still hasn’t arrived at its destination. Coinworks has not contacted me to rectify this situation in spite of messages left at their number, usually multiple times a day.

Waiting for this thing to boom again, good spot to buy bitcoin. Surprised how easy this was.

Do not use this machine. This thing is a complete scams it charges you 20% of your deposit without even warning you of the charge. I’m sure all these other reviews posted are fake. Find another machine unless you want to give away 20% of your money.

Please whats your daily limit? And what happens if i need To buy BTC worth 20k.
