The owner is great. I took in a laptop which I later found that I had to send back to the company. He was very nice about it. He seems to be honest and caring!

Finally got through to them and I spoke to some guy about what I needed done and he quoted me a price $149.00.Not including if anything needed to be replaced.I then called another place and they offered to do the same thing and only charged me $50.00 for the same exact thing that they would have done.

I had a laptop that wasn’t turning on. He told me all in honestly. Gave me suggestions what else I could do. I was afraid of losing everything but since my laptop couldn’t be fixed anymore due to the motherboard issues he recommended me getting a new one because cost of a motherboard is the same. So it’s no difference. Then all my files were retrieved at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ator for all laptops needs.

I went to this place hoping to get a water damaged MacBook repaired by them. Not only was Ator very friendly and helpful, but even told me of an alternative way for me to go about getting my MacBook repaired to save me money, rather than have him repair it. Hes an honest man who had my best interest in mind. Will definitely go back when I need another repair!

Absolutely stellar service! Could not recommend this place any more. I built my first custom PC and eventually ran into a problem that had me stuck so i took it here hoping i wouldnt have to replace expensive parts. Ator got to the bottom of it in a timely manner and was able to solve my issues and even rebuilt my PC and redid the cable management to make the build even better than it was when i brought it in. For the price, service and overall experience it doesnt get any better than this! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and honest. 10/10

The number one worry when selecting the person to fix your computer is: Do they know what theyre doing ? I can assure you that these guys do. When we need help these are our go-to guys and it doesnt cost us a fortune.

Im a college student and am in constant need of my laptop, last semester it suddenly wouldnt turn on and I took it to geek squad and I got a extremely expensive estimate to have the laptop sent somewhere and then returned hopefully fixed within two weeks.I got a tip about this place and immediately took it here, the owner was quick to help and gave me no B.S. about what he would be doing to diagnose the problem. I got a call that weekend with an update and was able to pickup my laptop early that next week.I have since referred a handful of other college students in need of a quick/affordable computer fix!Come here if you want good, honest work that is extremely reasonable!

Laptop hard drive broke down and instead of charging more to replace it with a solid state drive, he not only changed it, but managed to save my data, repair a small mishap with a display driver, clean the thing, he charged it all only for $349. I definitely recommend this guy for people or gamers who use their pc or laptop 24/7 as he is very nice and sociable. Not a scam.

I cannot express the gratitude that I have for these gentleman. I needed a charger that my dog chewed up and they considered fixing it but when they saw it was toast, one of them gave me his personal charger for an absolute deal (though I was going to pay whatever it took to get that charger because I needed it urgently). These guys are really good with their warranty. I had a computer I bought. Before the warranty was up I had to power supply issue and they work hard to try to solve it. These guys are really good I highly recommend them

Company looked at my computer when I accidentally reset my computer to deal with problems and didnt realize I would lose files. They called back in a timely manner, but stated the machine could not be fixed corrupt hard drive (HP Tower). Still charged a fee to look at it. They did mention a fee up front so I paid and took my machine back. Wasnt able to recover my files, however the computer has been working okay to go online.

Honest, fast, reliable service. The prices are affordable and they stick to the estimate they give. Best Buy over 400 dollars and told me I am better off throwing my computer away my co-worker at Stanislaus meats told me about Computer Guys and figured I have nothing to loose. I called in to schedule an appointment, they said I dont need one and can come in anytime. They checked it out and called me the same day and told me what I somewhat expected, thanks to my kids. Computer is working like new and I am very happy!!

I have had the pleasure to work with these guys recently and I am really happy with their service. there was some issue with my MacBook and the guy from The Computer Guys showed up on time to fix it. After a while he told me that the problem will be fixed at their repair center and he will revert back after couple of guys and he did .Good job Guys.

The Computer Guys have outstanding customer...

First time I visited all I needed was SATA 3 cable 6Gb/s and I specifically made it clear that it was for a SSD. They ended up selling me a SATA 2 which defeats the purpose of having a SSD. They said that it wouldnt make a difference since the solid state drive would work with the SATA 2 for a place that is called the computer guys I would of expected some knowledge about simple stuff like this.

I will never take my computer needs anywhere else! Best place around!

COMPUTER PROBLEMS!!! I hate computer problems and it seems like Im prone to them. I brought my desktop in and they found a wire that came loose from constantly moving my computer around in about 4 hours. have not had a problem since. Be aware of garage computer shops they are a headache and who knows what they do with your personal info. I learned the hard way.
