Love working with this company. I work for a smaller business, and we don’t have IT staff on site. Network builders is always there for us! Very friendly staff with a quick response time. They also give us options before proceeding when there is a cost involved. Highly recommend!

Awesome company with a great staff.

From the other reviews, it appears most of the employees there are exceptional (but I can only speak to my experience) . I worked with Haley today and she is one of the rudest people I have talked to in a very long time (I rarely have bad experiences with any company so this really stood out). At one point she laughed at me, she had a raised voice with me at several points and actually said what, you have something better to do? in relation to me advising I could not stay on hold indefinitely; a very bad attitude at play here If the company records their calls I strongly recommend they listen to hers recordings from today. If this is normal or acceptable behavior for their employees they will soon be out of business, though I have a strong suspicion Haley is the exception to the rule.

These guys are the real deal. Never met a more capable and responsive IT company.
