I absolutely love this place! So I say, Pooh! Pooh! to these poor reviews.She has done the most awesome work for me every time. She has done last minute, short notice, special weird things. . . and always fast and the price has always been less than I would have expected. Unfortunately, some people want to get everything unbelievably cheap. The only problem with that is that, more often than not, you get what you pay for; especially when it comes to skilled services. I mean, you are talking about someone who has honed their skills and mastered their craft over the years. You cannot expect them to work for $7 an hour. I love taking things to be altered or repaired here because I am always pleasantly surprised, either at the intense precision of her work or the crafty innovation she used to achieve the desired outcome. Love this place!!

Experienced seamstress. She made my pants look like they were new from Macys.

The lady is super rude. I brought my shirt in to get a small tare fixed and my zipper on my pants replaced. One I picked up my things I just checked the pants because that was the more difficult repair and didnt notice she hadnt completely fixed my shirt so I brought it back in. She said she would fix it in a moment if I wanted to wait but there was other customers so I said I would come in the next day I got there she still wasnt done with it and told me to come back later. Like I wanted it done correctly the first time Im here a second and a third time and now she wanted me to come in a fourth time. No just no this is ridiculous.

The bottom of my dress was only half done. I paid to have it hemmed & I paid in advance I will never do that again. She said she only did half the hem because her machine broke. She didnt call to tell me it wont be finished so I would have time to take it somewhere else to get it finished. Nor would she refund half my money for half a job. She was rude & mean and told me it should not matter it wasnt done & who cares anyway. Um I do I paid $60 for the dress plus her fee to not have it done or done right & now I have to scramble to get it fixed.Never go here. I would give 0 stars.

Fixed my pants in a day for a super-cheap price. Amazing and quick work. Just weird finding a parking spot.

Found this place last minute while traveling. She was already closed when I arrived but took me in and hemmed 2 pairs of pants while I waited. We had a great conversation and she showed me some pictures of when she was a younger lady. A wonderful place with a wonderful hostess. I would come here again. She charged me 15 apiece for the hems which was great considering she did it while I waited AND after hours.

This lady was so rude and obviously doesnt want any business. You cant put down and yell at your customers then change your prices mid sentence as soon as your customer agrees to the lower price. Completely unprofessional and extremely inappropriate.

Would give zero stars if possible. Brought a Halloween costume in for my wife, and after a week, we were told it was ready to pick up. Arrived and owner didnt know what we were there to pick up, and finally found the costume, only for her to tell us that she couldnt hem the costume because it broke her machine (not our fault, thats the cost of doing business). She had cut the costume uneven, and my wife was told its just a costume; just wear it like that, and she refused to refund our money (we had to prepay).DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY!

MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAD A SOFTBALL GAME AT 3:45 AND HER ZIPPER BROKE. I TOOK THE PANTS TO THEM ABOUT 10:30 AND EVEN THOUGH ITS PROM SEASON AND THEY WERE REALLY BUSY THEY HAD THEM READY BEFORE 1:00. THANK YOU LADIES

Hope you are christian. Otherwise you will be shunned by this lady who didnt have my pants ready as promised and wouldnt fix them until next week. STAY AWAY.

This lady was so rude and odviously did not want to fix my wedding dress and her price went from $75 to 700 in 2.5 seconds she yelled at me and my sister so we left while she was yelling she gets no stars from me
