Very disappointed. Needed a small amount of flooring for a repair to a historic home, was told Nobody will have that, its old and not popular. Employee really seemed like he didnt want to be there. Went to Wimpees Flooring in midtown Monday, and they have plenty of EXACTLY what I needed in stock. They were really friendly, and pricing was great!

The store looks very clean and set up so finding the perfect floor is simple.They also Guarantee the absolute lowest prices and best product, offering a price match on all products that they carry.

The flooring is by far some of the best price for material. But we had them install the flooring in which they did a terrible job. We had every bedroom and every room completely installed and which it was all the same material, and there was no need for any thresholds. Even had 5 cased openings in the main rooms in which all the flooring should have flowed together. Yet they put three thresholds in there and lied about why they had to do it. One of the contractors said that if you didnt put the thresholds in and went solid throughout the house that it would void his license. Im a contractor myself and he was completely lying. I had wished he would have just been honest and said he wanted to get done in one day so he brought five people in and start it in each room and work their way into the middle and which none of them matched in the middle so they had to put a threshold in every room and every cased opening. And the contractor installed 8ft baseboard length on all the walls. I asked him why he didnt buy 16 ft material that way there would be no miter joints in the middle of the rooms. He replied they dont make 16ft lumber for baseboards. And this was the second lie. Swift Supply, Lowes, and at Home Depot all have larger sizes in length on baseboard. And none of them miters lineup so you can clearly see every joint they cut. I will never use Lumber Liquidators to install any of my floors again. I would have rather than be honest and admit they did not know how to install those floors correctly.

Ordered my flooring and was told it would be in by the end of the week two weeks later I finally got my flooring.

I have got to say I had the best service today! I walked in and had help immediately from a young man of the name mason. He helped me figure out what I wanted for my new home! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful service.

The associates in this store where absolutely wonderful, I am a contractor and frequently buy products from this location, ever since the new management took over the store in 2016 my experiences here have been nothing short of wondeful.These are by far the best prices in town even more so for contractors I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for flooring.
