We had a gas line run as well as looking at our hot water heater. Although I had some issues, Rob was understanding and rectified the issues very quickly. Its not too common now days to have a company so dedicated to customer service and satisfaction! Because of their honesty, I will use them again and recommend them in the future. Thank you!

Made a service call today based upon an incident in my kitchen drain pipes the night before. Call to their offices was very comforting and professional. Office contact made everything clear in the beginning and up front on pricing. Technician that showed up, Joe C., was very good and courteous. I will use them again should we have any problems in the future.

We had a clog in our bathtub that numerous plumbers could not get out. They were able to fix it. They were very kind and hard working. They will definitely be my go to for any plumbing problems!

Chris and Ben were extremely pleasant, friendly, and funny. Our grinder was blocked and they pumped and cleaned it out for us. Ive used every plumbing service out there and Persons was the only company to get the job done fast and with friendly service. They are the BEST in town. I highly recommend them.

REVIEW – SLAB LEAK REPAIRVery difficult repair job well done. My job was repair of a ¾” copper hot water line break under house slab. Leak location was not well defined due to a wood laminate flooring over concrete slab. Hot water tank was working hard to keep up with a 3 gpm leak based on street water meter flow readings. The job started at noon just after Christmas with Riley & Ray and was completed the next day with Riley & Jason in a total work time of 7 hours!! An internet search listed repairs for this job at $1700 and required 3 days. Persons low cost and quick fix resulted from a quick decision to route a new ¾” line below the ceiling and cap the old line. The new line will be enclosed with a decorative bulk head by myself later. Very professional service group. I am very proud to rate Persons with 5 stars…. I will hire them again.
