This by far was the worst buying experience I have ever had to deal with. Unlike a lot of people I kept every email and message that will back up my dissatisfaction. And we have purchased many homes in the past, Sonja is by far the Queen of dishonesty and circumventing. She was the most unprofessional Relator she made what was suppose to be a pleasant experience a nightmare, I should have read the reviews from the beginning and I most certainly wouldnt have went through this experience. The continued aggravation we had to deal with because of the current housing market squeeze and had we not already sold our home, we most certainty would not have continued with this sale, her games and change of direction style of doing business was almost too much to bear. So with that being said this is my experience and I hope everyone after me will have a more pleasant encounter.

Honestly I havent done any business with them yet. I inquired about a rental property, however the residence rented before I got around to view the house or submit an application. But all the support and help Ive received from the realtor trying to help me find another suitable rental, I think Ive found my realtor for when Im ready to buy next year.

Sonja gives the personal service you deserve. She does real estate listings and rentals. We used her to rent our home - they manage everything for a small fee. Would highly recommend.

Respect both deed holders, not just the one you prefer. You hindered our familys property goals with all of your time-consuming circumventing, and youre supposed to be a property manager.Youre supposed to LISTEN when the property owner tells you to do all business through the co-owner. I dont know why this was so difficult for you to fulfill; regardless of your reason, it is inexcusable for a service provider to work against their clients wishes.You offered no help in regards to the utilities issues.The tenant made the house move-in ready, so yes, that tenant deserves a 5-star review.Do not contact me again about changing the score you have earned. You stated my father likes you, so go get your 5-stars from him.
