I lived in a home managed by classic rentals for a year. They were great to work with. They were easy to contact about needed repairs and ensured the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The application and move out processes were both quick and easy which was nice since moving is always a busy time. I high recommend this company for anyone looking for a rental house with a great company!

Classic Rentals has excellent customer service. They helped me find a great home to rent! My air conditioner went out in the heat of summer in August in Mobile, but they sent someone that day who came out and fixed it! I highly recommend this company.

After reading several reviews about this team. It appears that they are more interested in spending your money to fix their rental and misleading you to do so.Im not going to rent from them. I do wish all those who have been tormented and robbed i pray they can find forgiveness for those bad people. So they can move forward and live a great life. I feel for you and your family. I love that you didnt let this be for nothing. You are warning people. Saving familys from being used, robbed, lied to and mistrea. I have applied for application in March & haven’t heard back from this company about a property like I have contacted Cindy thru phone and text haven’t heard back like why tell me too apply Ave once you get my 75$ I don’t hear from you know more .. I feel like I got completely scammed.. and I want my money back because I don’t have any proof y’all then application check for back ground or credit .. y’all have no communication and needs too be shutdown .. please don’t go too this company there are scam artists..

We rented from Cindy & Jay with Classic Rentals when we moved back to Mobile after living out of town for a few years. We had a WONDERFUL experience and would absolutely use them again. They were very prompt to return my calls and text messages! Any time we had an issue with the house we were put in touch right away with the vendor to fix the problem so we could plan the repair around our schedule. They make renting easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental property in the Mobile area!

If you can avoid renting from them do it. Very unprofessional. And terrible, terrible communicators. Run by sister and brother, Cindy and jay. Throughout when things would breakdown we followed their rules by emailing them and they wouldn’t reply back until you had to constantly text Cindy. We rented a home from them that was our mistake originally for not noticing that the bedrooms and bathrooms had dirty walls that made it unlivable but as a young couple we were so excited and fell for the falsified pictures they posted of the home. We asked Cindy the realtor to ask the homeowner for fresh paint but she said no you can do it and you will be compensated. My husband and I painted the rooms and bathrooms and made the house beautiful out of our own money.. Now that we moved out she said she never said she would reimburse us. So make sure to get everything in writing with them. They are not honest. Also, we took such good care of the home and made sure to do whatever she asked for when we moved out. And she cut 110 dollars from our deposit for the pictures I’m going to attach which she notified me over a month later. And I spent 400 dollars on a carpet cleaning service, cleaning company and junk removal service. She said there was hair on the carpet in one room and bc we left stuff in the house. And bc somehow there is debris next to our mailbox which was never there when we left. Make sure to look at the pictures on yelp... how piety... barely can see the fuzz left over and the carpets before we moved were disgusting so regardless the owner needs to change all of them and the cleaning products in the other picture were originally in the house so sorry for being honest and not taking them with me..... they must need the money more than me. Just be aware. And take pictures of the house before you leave.

Avoid this company if possible. They will screw you on the back end. First of, they are extremely unprofessional when it came to dealing with minor fixes and plumbing/electrical issues. The house we lived in was nice but that was in spite of the service we got.The kicker was when it came to getting refund on our deposit. We got professional cleaners and carpet washing to tune up the house before we moved out (Spent $300+). Yet Cindy found “faults” in their work and deducted $100+ from the final deposit. The whole check our process from their end was very petty and unprofessional.Feel free to use them if you may. Just know they’ll jip you in the end.

If I could give this no stars, I would.DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Its not worth it, no matter how good a deal or nice the home is.They are god awful at communication. We moved in with a BROKEN dishwasher that was clearly and obviously missing an important part. It took over a month and me telling them Id come talk to them in person before it got fixed.In November, our dishwasher broke again, and our garbage disposal cracked. After the maintenance guy looked at them and determined it was broken, we got radio silence. Despite multiple emails and inquiries asking about the status - Nothing. We finally called and Cindy (absolutely terrible) acted like nothing happened. Despite the fact we have emails from her proving she acknowledged the broken appliances - then said the guy claimed to have fixed it. Oh really? Any signed documents from us stating it was fixed? Any communication making sure it was okay? Nope. None at all.The appliances are STILL broken and our lease is up this month. Needless to say we bought a house and are excited about getting out and away from the awful realtor and renting agency.

Everyone at Classic Rentals is so friendly and attentive. They always return our calls right away and they have a great selection of rental homes. We recommend them to everyone!

The communication with this company is horrible. I’m still waiting for a notice of approval or denial ( today’s date April 6) my last communication was on March 20th after numerous textes and phone calls, we will get back with you per Cindy’s daughter once we have reviewed all information that’s in.. application, application fee, rental history, credit report ran. A letter, text, phone call nothing but being out of $40 and having to text over and over for any type of response but that should’ve been a clue.Thanking God I found a beautiful home and a great company with a response in 3 days after application complete with $25 fee.
