Arrow is far and away better than our previous exterminator. Ive had them out doing termite bond and quarterly maintenance. Super nice employees, and results you can see.

Arrow exterminators are by far one of the best companies for insect control in our region. Theyre always on time and provide exactly what you need. These guys listen to what you say and then put the killum juice exactly where you need it.

I had a termite bond with knockout pest and arrow bought them out. Since then the customer service is horrible. First year renewal the guy showed up an hour late and had a bad attitude. Second year on time but same I don’t care attitude. I also called 2 times to have my home sprayed for ants and never got a call back to schedule. And anytime you talk to the ladies in the office they are very unprofessional, in addition the prices have increased every year. This will be my last year with arrow.

Best pest control we have dealt with yet!! VERY thorough! The employee was very courteous and knowledgeable! I have never had a pest control company pay as much attention to detail as Arrow! I highly recommend them!!!

Arrow bought Kellys Exterminators so the accounts I had with them transferred to Arrow. Today Arrows office staff called to inform me I was over 30 days late paying my renewal. The approach was not professional and was inaccurate since I paid the bill in May. The second renewal payment they were calling about had just been completed and was not late. If the caller had been friendly, professional, and nice this could have been a pleasant experience. Not happy with my first experience with Arrow.

Mr. Stalvey was very nice and did an excellent job spraying inside and outside. I had some questions and he let me know exactly what to do.

I made sure I was off work earlier enough to be home for the inspector (Johnathon) to come by and give me a free inspection for a new bond. NEW SERVICE for the company you work for! Well he came, even came early. WELL I live in midtown and have a crawl space. According to him the moisture barrier goes all the way up the walls and floor joists of my home SO he couldn’t do a “proper inspection” because I’m assuming he couldn’t see if there was damage or not so my inspection my “disqualified”. Now before I could even come outside and look for myself, (bc he told me this on the phone) I told him I’d get right to ripping it off (assuming he’d stay and let me get down there and rip the moisture barrier off so he could see) before I could get around to the side of my house I see him drive off! That’s not great customer service! It would have taken me three minutes to get down under the house and do what needed to be done so he could see the areas be needed to see.On the other hand the (as I call her) “home base lady” Ms. Tracy (Not sure of her last name) is AMAZING!!! She’s so polite, and respectful and she personally made sure she would get the guy back out as soon as I did the proper work needed for them to do their inspection. She takes pride in her job and I can tell by the sound of her voice she tried to keep those guys in line at Arrow. I’m my opinion, y’all need more people like Ms. Tracy.After further discussion, it was mixed communication between the inspector and myself. He was trying to be courteous bc I’d told him just minutes ago I’d just gotten in from work and was about to shower. He was assuming I may of been getting dressed or whatnot. I look forward to trying the inspection again on Monday.

Jason has been our bug guy since we moved to Mobile 4 years ago. He is very friendly and personable, and we always enjoy his visits. He always does a general spray inside and outside and will address any specific issues we are having. Austin Key has excellent customer service skills and will ensure that you are satisfied with their company.

Great service. They came out when I had a roach problem and told me I already owned good roach killer, but gave me tips on how to use it better. One month later, the roaches have been gone for 18 months. No charge! I use them for my termite bond as well. They bought out Knockout Pest Control which was also a fantastic company in Mobile

These bug dudes and bug ladys KNOW what to do to get the pests out! Ms. Lacey is by far my favorite service provider, but I have not been let down by any of them! They are fast, clean and cover EVERYTHING!

I would like to give praise to one of the Arrow employees. Jason Matthews went above and beyond to ensure that one of my rental properties was taken care of. I had a last minute issue that needed to be addressed and I was certain that there was no way that it could be handled the same day. To my surprise Jason called me and said he would squeeze it in by the end of business. Keep in mind he already had his appointments for the day and it was approaching lunch time so half the day was already over. I received a phone call a couple of hours later letting me know that it had been taken care of. This is not the first time he has made room in his schedule to take care of something last minute for me. It is employees like him that will ensure that I will continue to do business with Arrow!

Website not user friendly. Could not pay online. Paid by mailing a check. Called to verify they received, but still received bill dated after phone call. Then to top it all off after inspection tech stated he needed to collect.

Apparently since they have changed from Bugmasters to Arrow, the company has lost all credibility. I was told my service would be transferred when I moved and I wouldnt be double billed but double billing is exactly what happened. Furthermore after calling for over 4 months about the issue a woman there at the office FINALLY addressed my problem and instead of handling the mix up, she proceeded to argue with me and yell at me and basically tell me I must be lying about what I was told. We had been clients for 6 years and have never called with any problems or issues.This isnt the kind of company that appreciates their customers when they treat one like this! I cant believe a company would have an employee that acts that way towards their customersI dont recommend doing business with them.

Very rude and heartless employees at Arrow. It was time to renew my termite bond but my husband had a heart attack and I am the only one working supporting a family of 4. When I tried several times to Make payment arrangements now that I can budget it in they told me it was to late I had a certain month to get it done. You should hire someone with a heart!!! Very unhappy!!!!!
