Went yesterday had oil change, rotation, and a leak fixed. They didnt fix the leak im 400 miles from home airing up a tire. My tires where all over inflated when I picked up my car supposed to be 33psi they ranged from 29( the leaking tire) to 47 . I should have checked before I left but I was trying to have faith in a business.

The manager of this establishment sold my wife 4 brand new tires and road hazard warranty for all 4. She went back yesterday to have an alignment done. When she left the vehicle shook the same as before the alignment! So she went today 3/13/2018 to have the issue resolved. he refused to do any work on the vehicle saying that it was not the work they had done causing this issue and proceeded to yell at her to get his point across in front of the other customers sitting there waiting for their vehicles. not to mention the fact that were out that money he also refused to cover a bubble in a side wall saying the reciept which turned him into a monster as he yelled and screamed for her to get the hell out of his store! whatever you do do not use this place for anything as they dont stand behind their word and treat you with hostility when you come in to have an issue taken care of

Slow but good

My husband went here to get his tire fixed they broke his manual window knob and admitted to breaking it and said there must have been an issue prior to them breaking it and they refused to fix it after I even spoke to the owner I went into the shop in saraland (where this took place) rick at the counter allowed his employees to raise their voice at me and proceeded to say again it wasnt his problem that they broke it this was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this company
