Homeless do not hang out in laundry and ask for money, cigarettes and a car ride. Mostly clean and sanitized. I only go very early in the morning (4am) as I work all day.

I love this laundry site. They take credit/debit at the coin machine. The owners are there ALWAYS cleaning. Its safe. Plus you have McDonalds, Project Purr and the Dollar General in close proximity to walk to get a quick bite, to pass the time, and/or to pick up more detergent if you need it. Ive never had ANY issues here. In fact, Im doing laundry today. 👍

Do not use this laundry, it is not attended. Meaning no attendant. I went in and the machine did not work. The coin return would not return my $2.50. I got zero service. called the number on the wall and the owner or person who answered the phone, did not seem concerned, at all. Said he would send someone to help me. 25 minutes went by, no one showed up. I called back and said, where are they? He state, he did not know, they might come, no time of arrival provided. This is scam company that operates personless and zero attended /no employee laundromats all over town and scams hardworking, poor people out of their money. I reported to WPMI reality check, lets see if they do there job and put this on the tv for all to see,

Large dryers for my comforters

I definitely would recommend this facility! So clean, and the owner came in and he was so sweet and nice. I was able to fit my 6-7 loads of laundry in two big washers and the free drying of course was awesome! Got it all done in an hour, hour and 15 minutes. Very pleased and will be using the facility from now on.

Everything is easy to use

This place is convenient and the dryers are super powerful and hot. I take my blankets and comforters here to be cleaned and I always get the best results. The washers only take 27 mins and the dryers take 30 mins with large comforters 🙌🏾😍

Rude and disrespectful

Good things are free drying, large washers, and 15 mintures away from my house. Bad things are I have seen someone working here one time. People leave their clothes in the washers and dryers for up to two hours. Sometimes I have to wait 20 mintures to be able to get my clothes in the washers when it gets busy and backed up because people wont come tend to their clothes. I saw the owner come in one time to take clothes out so people could get their clothes done. I have had a washer take extra money from me because it did not correct the right amount. I have my money drop in the hole in the slot of the dryers. They need someone working here to make sure people just dont drop their clothes off and not come back for two hours. I have seen people bring their already washed clothes to dry while Im getting my clothes out the washer to put in the dryer. So now I have to wait on a dryer. I have to push the metal baskets out my way because people do not put those back were they are suppose to go. I even seen one in the parking lot before. I even emailed asking how to apply for a job here because i never seen anyone here and they emailed back that they are not hiring.
