I spent months in therapy and left worse than when I went in until I saw Rebecca for counseling. In the same amount of time Ive spent with another counselor, Ive made at least double the progress (if not a whole lot more) while using Rebecca Stephens as a therapist. Id recommend her to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Rebecca Stephens !!! She has been my therapist for over three years and she has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and depression !!! Throughout the past 25 years, I have seen many other therapists for my difficulties, but Rebecca Stephens has been the absolute best !!! She is wonderfully compassionate and has taught me so many new coping skills !!!

Rebecca is personable and professional. She is excellent at her job and is patient and kind and knowledgeable. She does very well at plain speech pointing towards resources when appropriate. The space is comfortable and professional.

Admittedly, I wasnt initially sold. I had never done therapy before and I didnt quite see the value in it. Im glad that I didnt totally write the experience off and kept going.Rebecca has helped me understand my behavior, how different events in my life have shaped who I am, has given be insight into a plethora of situations and relationships, and honestly, as built me up and helped me not see myself in such a negative light. Shes never been judgmental and has always discussed my mistakes with me in an objective, but caring way.I highly recommend her. Its actually become a biweekly highlight for me and I look forward to seeing her.

She is extremely attentive and I feel that she cares for my well-being outside of just one of her clients - she cares for me as a person. Typically, after leaving her office, I feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Not all the time, but often. When I forgot to pay the last weeks bill, and I saw her for my next visit, she was very rude, and basically verbally attacked me over missing a payment.. I told her that I simply forgot, and that she will receive it, and then calmed down. I don’t appreciate being treated without common courtesy, or respect. She definitely does not act like she should be giving life advice. No thanks, I’ll look elsewhere.

Rebecca was my very first therapist and was easy to talk to from the very beginning. she has helped change my life for the better. she is a great therapist!

I have been a regular client with Rebecca for 5 or 6 years. She is an incredible therapist who has truly changed my life. She is friendly, empathetic, professional, and an amazing listener. She is comforting and nonjudgmental but is able to give stern advice when needed and is always honest and forthright. She has helped me work through some tough issues and given me the strength and knowledge to give myself grace and forgiveness. She has also helped me to forgive others and move past the pain they have caused. She has shown me that I am only responsible for my own thoughts and actions, and that I cant control how others feel or respond. I know this sounds like a small or easy thing, but when you take on the responsibility of others actions, it places so much unnecessary stress, guilt and weight on your shoulders and is very harmful to your own mental health. I cant give Rebecca as many stars as she deserves. She is truly a treasure and I am so grateful for all the help she has given me and continues to give me.

Rebecca is an amazing therapist. She helped me through divorce and continues to help me through codependency and PTSD. The last time I visited her she recognized as I was telling her about how I had been tripping myself up lately that I needed EMDR treatment. She has made a huge difference in my life and helped me in so many ways. I cannot recommend her enough.
