When your estimate is several thousand dollars for repairs, then they find one more thing you wonder.... I am on the first trip after the repairs. Wow we really had problems we weren’t aware of. My engine has a lot more power, runs cooler and not that a 400hp Cummins in a 40 foot Rv gets fuel economy but I’m averaging almost 2 more miles per gallon.THANKS
Probably the worst service department to deal with. they never answer the phone you get sent to a voice mail that no one returns your call at. when they order specialty parts theres a 80 percent chance they are wrong. about the only thing worth buying from here is filters they cant screw that up.
We ordered a filter that they received but couldnt find. So we had to go elsewhere.
Service department has somebody by the name of Lisa who is one of the most outstanding persons I ever worked with. By that I mean she help me troubleshoot a Cummings engine with coat issues and got me running again. Lisa thank you again for your professional help. You deserve a 5+ plus rating
The man who helped me was very polite.
The People working theyre so bad.I Was there and nobody even, want look my truck, they only say living the truck. Less the one hour job, they Insist drop the truck and will go call you this week o next week.
Great service so far! Dropped the motorhome off for warranty generator repair and they accomplished the work well and in a timely manner. Coach was taken care of.
People are real nice and you know they do a good Job on your truck. Downside They will charge you your kids hole college fund, 160 dollars for an air filter man everything There they will mark up 300% if its not Cummins part. If you dont have a worenty on it dont take it there. I feel stupid as hell for bringing my truck there. O well live and learn.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of there way for us.
We had to have our coach towed in to this dealer wouldnt start. To be honest with the low reviews we were very concerned about the service at this location/shop. BUT they were GREAT. We had to wait in line for the coach to be repaired, frustrating when you are broken down and need it fixed NOW because you live in it full-time, but thats life and you have to be willing to wait your turn. They allowed us to stay in the coach on the property while we waited and while the repairs were happening plugged in. Saved us having to move into a hotel. The staff was super friendly and worked with us looking at each issue we had, not just the break down. We figured if in the shop lets make sure EVERYTHING is fixed at once. They worked with our Good Sam Warranty, although we walked out below Deductible. Thanks to a Cummins Discount program that cost $19.95/yr and saved us 15% on the repair ticket. They put a mechanic on the coach first thing Wednesday and we were towed in Monday afternoon. So not too long of a wait. He found the issue of why the coach would not start that morning. Nothing makes you happier than hearing your coach start up and no parts needed! Then he worked on a small air leak and a small oil leak we had. Parts were available locally and we were good to go the next morning. They put a different tech on the Gen Set (which had stopped working coming in from CA) and that too was quick fix. Lucky us.I would definitely go back to this shop. We have had some really bad experiences with Cummins shops one in NM ( 1 star review) and one in OH 91 star review), but this shop is great and should have a much higher review. We were also told Cummins is now owned by Corporate and not private, this should help with the not so great shops out there. Plus its a nationwide warranty :)The Shop did state that they are short handed and wish they could hire 3 more techs today. But, in todays world of everyone needs to go to college to succeed, no one wants to get their hands dirty and repair anything! Its a scary world we live in. I doubt that we will have throw-a-way engines in RVs or Trucks in our future, even in our cars? We need to let young people know its OK to make GOOD money working with your hands! A good shop mechanic makes more than most College graduates make after 4 years in school. Rant over...lol. Just wanted to make the point that we can not get mad at the shops for being slow, when they can not find qualified techs to work for them.
Parts department was very helpful and polite! Got me fixed right up!
Because if you needed service and it takes more than a day they provide 30 amp electric and you can stay on the property in your RV and they are really hospitable and do good work
Great
