Could not get age spots out of my shirt, looked like rust. Needed for a funeral the next. Was still charged full price and tried covering the stain so I wouldnt see it still there. Jacket and pants were properly cleaned and pants ironed.

I always try to use locally owned and operated businesses. My cleaning is always ready either on or before it was promised and the quality of the work is superb. They get an A++ for customer service. If something is not perfect, see Mary Jo. She will make it right.

All clothing has been cleaned with precision and care. The owner takes time to make sure all stains are removed and clothes are neatly pressed. Great family and locally owned business. Will never take my clothes anywhere else!

Posting this on behalf of my daughter. Today 07/30/18, she went by the cleaners to ask simply for a signature to verify that she has an application on file for a state agency that was required. The Manager there this morning was more than rude, refused to sign the paperwork that my daughter needed for her kids because she evidently was having a bad day. My daughter in turn spoke her mind to her and told her she was rude. I am actively researching the District Manager of Operations Mr John Knott III to complain. Respect is due a dog and Karma knows her way around. If she is management material then The Port City Cleaners desperately needs help.

Walked into the cleaners to inquire about a job and got my head tooken off by the hiring manager because I spoke with one of her employees and told them my ex boss sold his Speed Queen business years ago in New York and she has his dryers in her laundromat. She called me a liar because they were manufactured in Wisconsin, like she know the owners personally and Im making up lies. OK, like I need to tell lies to get a job. Then she tells me that Port City cleaners on DIP doesnt have Speed Queen machines in them, well, she lied because clearly I walked in and her attendant showed me the SPEED QUEEN MACHINES!!! I AM NOT A LIAR!!! 😏But its OK, I wouldnt want to work for someone whos clearly having a bad day and decides to take it out on me and all I did was smile and was very courteous to her. May the Lord take away her bitterness . I will pray for her
