Great event venue. Clean faculty. Great location.

Beautiful historical building. Prime location for Mardi Gras if you are lucky enough to be a member or be invited. Also host birthdays and other get togethers.

One of the last vestiges of the racist south. The help enters from the back and, when on break, the wedding reception bands are required to stay out of sight in a supply closet with the extra tables & chairs and are not allowed to eat or drink in the establishment. Musicians be warned, the rules are strictly enforced and dont let the kindness of the guests fool you... if they offer you food, it will be promptly snatched from your hand by watchful overseers.

Great place for Kiwanis meeting.

Notwithstanding Nyabinghi Djehuttis review below, the Athelstan Club is integrated and is actively pursuing more minority members. I suppose he missed that part.

Great facility. Good atmosphere and very good food.

We have the Mobile Business Group weekly luncheons there. Tom and Mary take great care of us every week and the food is excellent.
