It seemed like the tax preparer was struggling to complete the return. It took 3 hours to file our taxes completely. It was not 100% the preparers fault, she asked for help and the help took a long time for her to get. The help she was given did not seem to be clear because she had a very difficult time understanding the instructions that were given.

I will never file with them again... they had some women that does not know how to even file taxes.. I should have went to H&R Block smh... I am so mad

Horable I would never recommend any one to use them!!!

Well I guess I have to give them a one star because there’s nothing lower. I had an appointment set up, but when I got to the Moberly location there was no one there. I waited 30 minutes because stuff does come up. After 30 minutes I called JH and was informed they didn’t have people to staff the location even though it’s totally set up like it’s operational. Needless to say I’m definitely NOT pleased.

Its been 4 days and not a single person was there.

I enjoyed my visit Tiffany Ochoa made it easy to understand it was quick and easy thank you Ill be using Jackson hewitt again

Have went to the moberly location twice. No one was there either times the hrs are posted they are open. Called Columbia and was told that there is no way to contact anyone at that location. Will not be recommending Jackson Hewitt to anyone.
