Called Self cause they have been in business 25 years. My parents live in the area and I am 3 hours away. Had them go look and give me an estimate for a separated shower drain at parents house before i made drive up. Never called back with was found. Called a week later, no answer. Tired 3 times then left a message, still no response. Had someone else go up and do the same and they FIXED it that trip. Service guy was lazy and didnt want to do the job. Desk lady was rude also. 2 weeks later got a service call bill for the SAME price that I had it completely fixed for. Honest companys wont return calls and let you know what is going on.

Plumbing is Gods reminder that water was never meant to run uphill. But these guys have always been dependable when the plumbing goes wrong. If its broke, theyll fix it.

Very good service for a reasonable price. They called when they were on the way, they worked the whole time they were here, and they fixed our problem quickly. Did not leave a mess, and explained what they were doing. John and Justin were very professional while they were here. I would recommend Self Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber!

I came home at 5pm to find the sewer had backed up in the basement while I was at work. I called & the guys showed up within a half hour and had the problem solved in under 45 minutes. Price for the fix was very reasonable, even for the after-hours service call. I definitely wont be calling anyone else!

Very friendly and efficient. I called them at 7:45 and someone was there in less than half an hour. Problem taken care of in less than an hour for less than $100. The guy even helped with another issue.

We called them on a Monday to set up an appointment for Wednesday and they answered on the 1st ring. They called Wednesday morning at 8:30am to get more information and got to our house at 9am. They were very friendly and down to earth. Easy to talk to and you could tell they were experienced. My husband and I are new home owners and in our twenties so we always hear about how were are clueless and have no idea what were doing, but these gentlemen came in and treated us with respect and instead of making us feel stupid they were very informative and helpful. Also they are very affordable! I highly recommend them. If I ever need plumbing service again I will be calling them!

Very disappointing. Did not look at or address or areas of concern. Charged$150 to replace a bib on outdoor faucet that was leaking and loose. Still loose...
