Had a package delivered so i went to check it, turns out the delivery person put it in the wrong mailbox, they wont answer the phone and i have no way of getying my package back

My Grandfather Clifford Burns passed the United States Postal Exam for Mail Carrier, and he applied at the Mitchell, South Dakota Post Office for employment.He was accepted for hire, but denied the position.

People in the post office are nice but the delivery people are always late and slow and always complaining

What a joke. Never have packages sent through the post office!!!! Will never get them!!!!!!

This office needs some serious lookin at. I was to receive my mail on Saturday, but there was a rainstorm. Mail doesnt reach my location until about noon, and turns out whoever was delivering that day decided not to even ATTEMPT a delivery, posting in the delivery update, Delivery was attempted, unable to access delivery location. at 8:03 in the MORNING. This shows obvious negligence for wanting to work during the rain; that is why mailmen and -women carry satchels to KEEP THE MAIL DRY. A delivery wasnt attempted, this is just plain lazy. Not to mention posting false updates, that could be seen as a crime. The proper update would have been Delivery was not attempted due to severe weather. Albeit thats pushing the envelope since the storm wasnt that severe, itd have been better than obviously lying about the attempted delivery.

Very bad cannot do anything if their life depended on it, they are very lazy and do not listen to requests of customers. I hope one day they decide to get better at listening and try not to be so lazy.

Lori was very friendly and in a great mood! Also the service was fast and helpful! I loved stopping in. Left with a smile!

Packaged set for Friday delivery, never showed up due to no access which is a blatant lie on behalf of the lazy worker. will deliver next day, not delivered next day either, and tracking hasnt been updated.

They have a big issue with their employees,one is by leaving the mail box unlocked or they forget to close it sometimes after they put the mail in which risk the mail of others to be stolen.

ALWAYS LOOSING MY PACKAGES!!!
