I was coming int on I-90 and my tire sensor started flashingPulled into a holiday station to check my tiresI went to unscrew the valve cap and the valve stem brokeI called TimTim promptly came but was unable to fix it on the spotI called Tim about 6-6:30 pmThere wasn’t much open at that timeTim loaded me on his flatbed truck and we went to WalmartWith my luck we were a few minutes late the tire service was closedTim called a friend of his Paul ( sorry I don’t know his full name or business) about 10 miles awayPaul said he could fix it but didn’t have a valve stem with the sensorTim called Auto Zone they had the stem I neededTim went to Auto Zone and picked up the valve stem and took me to Paul’s placeDropped me off and I asked Tim what I owed him he told me I owed him for the valve stem and that was itPaul fixed my tire and I was on the road againThank you Tim and Paul it is nice to see there are still decent people in this mixed up worldWe are seeing todayThanks again guys you were a life saverRick Spicer

Got an estimate on my car and when I drove 2 hours to get it, the price did not match what I was toldover the phone at all. Since I still needed a car, I had no choice but to pay. Upon paying the total, my account was charged 107$ more than the receipt. He offered no help and no reimbursement. The only explanation I received was, “that’s what the receipt says. It’s right on my side I don’t know what you did to lose that money.” Pick any other place than this to get services from, it’ll save you a robbery.

Horrible. They go the extra mile to make sure they get to your truck before your Quality AAA tow can....(totally intercepting business deals) then tax you horrifically the first hour they have your truck.

Cant say enough about Tim himself and the service he provided to my husband and i when we ran out of diesel trying to make it to a gas station in Mitchell, SD on our way home to Michigan from Sturgis. We made it just under a mile to the gas station on I-90. Tim showed up in less than 10 minutes with 5 gallons of fuel and less than what we expected to pay for the service call. Super nice and friendly the whole time! Thank you so much Tim!!! I know we dont live there, but weve bragged you up to everyone weve talked to from there to here!

Tim’s Towing is the only tow service anyone should call in the state of South Dakota. Tim is extremely personable and insightful. He arrived much more quickly than other companies would have (speaking from experience), and offered invaluable advice regarding local repair shops and potential DIY fixes. I HIGHLY recommend you call Tim before any other company if you’re broken down in SD, especially near Mitchell (their main location).

These guys are great! Accedently put 19 gallons of gas in a desiel motorhome at 11:00 pm on a Saturday during a snowstorm. They towed me to their heated shop, worked on it right away,dropped me at the hotel, drained the tank,picked me up in the morning at the hotel. Tim is as professional as they come.

This man is amaizing. Not only did he tow us to where we needed to go but he helped us fix our car after Larry’s tried to charge us $408 for an alternator repair. Tim also let us sleep at his house for the night because we couldn’t afford a motel. This man is honest, hard working and wants to better the world.

Fair prices and knows his s***, doesn’t try to screw you over. Worked for me when everyone else was closed. Plus he let me watch him work.

Came down from Omaha, Nebraska to help with the floods and ran out of gas due to road closures. Called for help and was provided an ETA of 45 mins and the guy never showed up. Called back an hour after I called the first time and he said hes 2 mins away but we never saw him. Sat stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours until another tow company came to our rescue.

The price wasnt even close to what wad quoted over the phone.
