The only good thing about this place is that is in walking distance of MTC. The walls are paper thin. Way to expensive for the quality, there is 3-bedroom apartments you could rent for the same price as their studio. My tub has cracked 3 times and the “remedy” they used to fix it cracked again within a week each time. There is garbage bags laying around all the time, and signs were torn off of walls within one week of being here. The washer and dryers cost about 5-6 dollars to do one total load of laundry because nothing gets dried. TERRIBLE

Apartments are very cheaply made, walls are paper thin. Rent is beyond fraud for the lack of quality in the buildings. The manger is no help. Things are broken daily by tenets. The place is a joke with following the “rules” they created. Washer and Dryers don’t even work properly. Cost you almost 4$ to do 1 load and they still might not be dry. Smart idea to find a better living arrangement then send your kids here. Sorry for any tenets at the apartments now and before hand. Waste of money.

Price is terrible. The building is located next to the interstate and across from a feed lot. This makes it literally one of the worst locations to live. You will constantly hear semis and cars passing on the interstate and the whole area constantly reeks of manure. I would be fine with all of this if it was priced accordingly but they make over $1000 per room. I know people who rent houses for lower than this. Keep in mind this is a two bedroom one kitchen plus a roommate which is around $510 each. The price is sick and is borderline fraud. If you are thinking about staying here for school reconsider.

Internet is junk and its been over two weeks without it getting fixed. I have contacted the manager and everything. The parking is terrible not enough spots for everyone. The quality of the buildings is junk not only has the toilet leaked from three different places, keys from different rooms works on other peoples doors also.

Internet is jank! No way can a college student get proficient grades without spending an extra $100 on top of the $500/month.. Smh

And building 2 does not have enough parking spots and we are not parking in the far lot to walk all the over here
