Ben is the best realtor Ive ever worked with. I spoke with other realtors in the Houston area before finding him on Yelp, and I was feeling discouraged because they werent as helpful as I had hoped they would be. I have had a bad experience trying to find a good realtor when I was house hunting for my last house, so I didnt want to settle. When I spoke to Ben, he responded quickly, he was very knowledgeable of the area, and made me feel comfortable to ask him all my questions. This man went above and beyond for me every step of my home buying experience. From helping me research the many areas I was interested in and checking on my house as it was being built when I couldnt. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. You wont regret working with him!

Ben is more than just an agent, hes a home buying mentor. As a first time home buyer, he made the whole process much easier than I ever imagined. He is extremely knowledgeable, talked me through each step, answered all my questions, and was very responsive. He made recommendations for things to include in the contract that I would have never thought of. Despite being in a sellers market, he was able to help negotiate for a purchase price much lower than the asking price. From the time I first contacted him to when I closed on the house was about 6 weeks, much faster and easier than I expected. Highly recommend

I did a transaction in remote mode from another state and was visiting for only one day, and Ben managed to show me an incredible amount of houses. With other agents, it would take days. We are incredibly picky about details, and Ben managed to find what we need, which is not that easy. But not only that. He helped to decrease the price significantly. He also explained everything very well, provided great recommendations on inspection/construction/other companies, did great explainer videos about houses and several videos about house inspections when I was remote. And as for me - these videos are much better and informative than even public videos from famous bloggers, which I was able to find on YouTube :) Ben managed the transaction brilliantly and always kept me updated and informed about all the deadlines, requirements, dates, etc. Everything starting from the initial tour to closing worked like a charm.I will use Benjamins service again and very highly recommend it. 👍

There are not enough incredible things that I can say about Ben! Since I found Ben through many positive reviews, I know important these can be! All I can say is wow!! I actually worked mostly with Ben from out of state and it was shocking how easy and smoothly everything went. My sister and I were put in a difficult situation and Ben made everything so much easier for us. We were truly blessed that we were able to find him. It was a little longer process for us, as we renovated the house before putting it on the market, but Ben was there every step of the way!
