Excellent experience. I had a small leak in my plumbing coming from the temp sensor. Other reputable companies in the area wanted me to replace my perfectly good filter and entire plumbing setup. These guys came out the same day and fixed it in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. You have earned my business. Job well done.Update: I wish I could give a 5 star review for every trip they have made to the house. As an owner of an older pool these guys have got it back in tip top shape. Ive been using Quality Pool Service for at least ten years, they do a great job!!! They took on a big project for me earlier this year, which was resurfacing my pool and updating equipment. I have been nothing short of amazed when comparing this pool service company to my previous one. They are such a pleasure to deal with. They saved me over $3,000 on day 1 when they fixed a part on my pool heater over the old company that said Id need a whole new heater. Monthly service is reasonably priced and my technician usually spends about 30 minutes on the pool once a week. I get emails when needed with recommended repairs, and, when I give my approval the repair is done almost immediately. Really I couldnt be happier with QPS.

Our 6-yr old pool needs a acid wash. After talking to three different pool service companies, we decided to pick Quality Pool Services and it was a right decision. Mike and his team did a superb job removing the stains and cleaned the pool. We were worried that the stains couldnt be removed, but they did. They also cleaned the area nicely afterward. We highly recommend QPS and will use their services again.

I have had problems with numerous pool companies in the past but I finally stumbled upon one that gives you good advice. Quality Pool Service will be my pool help from now on. I wanted to replace my nasty, dirty tile and they saved me a lot of money by offering to clean it instead. They could have easily went on ahead and changed my tile out for a whole lot more money.
