Was there (tax office) by the first time and i like it, they are so fast!

Staff is always friendly and theres never a long wait

Take my kids for blood test it takes 1 hour for them to come and my kids had to go back to school they were late poor service on blood tests

Make sure you keep a copy of every receipt! They can’t even keep accurate records of payments and will keep sending you notices even after proof of payment.

Get nurses and staff. My only gripes were the time it took to see a doctor and the screaming kids in the reception area.

Family Practice has a wonderful Dr. Team and Nurse Practitioner who are well versed in Family Medicine and many other conditions. The Clinic staff is all very welcoming and open to communication with the patients. 9/10 service is what I would rate them.

For me its a good clinic, good service and doctor is amazing, nurses are awesome.

This is a wonderful clinic. I saw Dr. Eshareturi for the 2nd time. She has such a caring personality and really listen to your concerns.

I have been calling to get in touch with new patient registration for over a month and never had my phone call answered or received a call back from the office. Extremely poor service!!!

Great service..the receptionist are all very friendly and professional. I had questions about the payment plan and she explained in detail what I needed. I was seen and treated and referred my friends and neighbors. Its worth the wait..the MA that saw me had a great sense of humor and Dr Rao was very nice and made sure I understood my treatment plan and conditions.

Horrible service. I made an appointment and was prescribed medication over a month and a half ago. I need a small correction on the prescription and they have yet to do the simple task. Therefore I havent been able to get my medication and its been well over a month.

They are very helpful and they care about your health.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!They let it be known that they were mad about being there on a Saturday for immunizations just by their tone. I knew when the nurse in light blue or gray scrubs opened the window that her attitude was nasty. Just by the look on her face. Now on Friday ...they announced they would be open today ...BUT NEVER said they were only seeing 10 patients. They had all of these ppl lined up waiting to be seen and she comes out and asked who was first. Then said they were only seeing 10 ppl. Why wasnt this part announced on the Friday before? That may have saved the rest of us a trip. Then she didnt even say it to the crowd, just the few ppl at the beginning of the line. Then once she handed out tickets to her 10 patients. She never even turned around to apologize to the rest of us and state that they would resume on Monday. She said NOTHING!!!! My daughter is starting college and only needed one immunization .These UNPROFESSIONALS didnt come through for us at this time. This lady Nurse Rude shouldnt be in the front window. She needs to be hidden in the back somewhere...not dealing with the public. Nobody wants to be faced with this kind of attitude at 8 oclock in the morning. The officer who came on duty was no better. I opened the locked door for him to come inside, he just walked on in and didnt even say thank you. As if I was obligated to let him in the door. This entire experience today was wack. They get no recommendations from me. Ive never experienced this at the Stafford location.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! The lady who collected my babies blood from her heel was completely unaware of what to do. She had my 4 day old screaming at the top of her lungs for 25 minutes just for me to go home and her to call me and say they didnt get enough blood?? The lady was a complete idiot and my child went through unnecessary pain for no reason. I will come back again do NOT waste your time !!!!!!

This place is just terrible. Ive called to make appointments, show up and tell me I didnt have an appointment for that day. They would take months to get lab and xray results. I would call for the results and they would tell me they would call back, and never called back.The Doctors dont listen to you. Its just a very uncaring, disorganized office. If you can avoid going here. Do!

This place is A JOKE!i called to set up an appointment,the receptionist said they are booked for the entire month of october and they wont have any openings till november.when i inquired about setting up an appointment for november she said they are not taking any appointments because they are booked for october. that makes no sense.its only october 9th. anyway, i called my insurance and changed my Primary care physician right away. no use in wasting your time with them!

Horrible clinic, the receptionist are ALWAYS rude do not waste your time like I have for years some days you will wait hours to be called back other days you show up 15 mind late and they wont see you after driving over an hour to get here. Avoid this place at ALL costs

I cannot give them 4 or 5 stars because for the first time that I had my appointment they made the appointments themselves and they themselves called me to change the time of my appointment and when I go I missed my appointment because nobody changed it and It was their horror and they only say a hundred we were wrong for me, the few times the ones in front are always talking, they are never focused, so they were wrong .. But if they give you an appointment it is not that for one or two weeks it is from months waiting. That was my bad experience.
