Technicians showed up on time and our Hot tub was repaired in one shot. cant be more satisfied with a service call, He had the parts in his truck and priced the repair very reasonably. Friendly and professional, cleaned after themselves and followed the protocols using mask and gloves. Invoice was emailed to us immediately and credit card processed on site. very happy that I find you guys and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

I had Spa Officials replace my pool Blower as the previous technician messed up with the wiring and had it shorted. Arrived on time, very professional and addressed the issue quickly. Will do my pool service with them too.

After contacting HaLo Plumbing for weeks without getting scheduled (just back and forth text messages), i finally reached out to Ryan with Pool Spa Officials for my jetted bathtub issues. Ryan replied quickly and can out the SAME DAY to assess my motor issues. Ryan ordered the proper motor and returned to install it within days. My jetted bathtub is now back up and running and i am thrilled at how quick and easy this process was. Ryan is very courteous and explained the process along the way. After several days of calling several local pool repair and spa repair companies who just answer the phone, set up an appointment and then outsource the job to a tech I came across Ryan .Ryan was familiar with the pool and spa system and automatically told me exactly what research had to say about the pool heater and pool pump .Bieng an electronic tech I automatically knew this was the guy for the job as I had a hard to install heater .His price was by far the cheapest, once again he was the direct tech and not the middle man unlike 90% of others .Kept his word and most of all replaced parts that seemed as if they will go bad in the future .I ended up paying him more than his asking only because Experienced laborers are hard to find and if they are around, we must all appreciate them !Thank you Ryan, you have a skill !

After calling several places to get a price on fixing my older control box on the Spa that gave up on us couple months ago I felt like Im in a wild-goose chase. The companies coming up in google search either gave me astronomic numbers or did not have the parts or enough knowledge to help me out.Finally came across Spa Officials and Ryan was very polite, knowledable, and professional over the phone and in-person.He gave me a very reasonable price for the brand new Spa control box, ordered the parts, and in a couple of days that parts came in he did all the plumbing required to get the new box installed, and programmed the unit so we wont waste energy on the hours that the spa is not in use.We realized that the lights were not working and he replaced them with new LED lights that he was carrying in his truck.He went an extra mile and checked all the fittings off the motors and fixed the minor leaks we had on the pumps.In a couple of days Ryan called back to check if everything is working fine. Never expected this level of service these days and very happy that I found this company for our Hot tub services.

Ryan was great to work with! We were having issues with our new blower motor which had been installed by a different company. After having the other company come out to fix it numerous times, we called Pool Spa Officals and Ryan came out that day and found the problem, ordered the part and now its running perfectly!!
