Rented me a tool that didnt work, wasted 2 hours of my time and $50 bucks of labor I paid a guy to do the lawn work with the tool. After filing a complaint with Corporate, the manager asked me to come in to rectify the situation. Main manager wasnt there, i asked for a free tool rental in addition to the $50 I lost to my lawn guy and the manager got into a argument with me. Wasted even more of my time when i tried to resolve the situation. STAY AWAY.

Very bad customer service all the way around, been buying and renting equipment for 20 years and these people at this location are the worst Ive ever dealt with. Will be buying from Lowes across the street from now on.
