Ive been going to this store for 17 years. I have always found the staff in the print department to be helpful and courteous. IDK if Averian is still there, but she was exceptional. Kaleb is conscientious, polite and gets the job done! I love it when he is there! Aiden is another one who does exceptional work. Thank you for hiring these awesome employees!!!

Lady at the business service center was extremely rude. No team member acknowledged me even though I clearly needed assistance. I would much rather go to the sugar land Office Depot than deal with this Office Depot. Clearly didn’t want to help any customers just awkwardly looked away. Who’s running this place?

Staff are friendly and their knowledge on the products is good. Especially the business services section is consumer oriented guy.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. From the moment I waited in line at the Business Services center, I knew there would be an issue. I was waited on by an employee by the name of Janice. She informed me that Office Depot had a new policy of assisting customers with services. I was fine with this and gave her my cell number as instructed. After, I began to let her know what I needed to get done. I came into the store to get my planner for work binder and that I was requesting the front and back of the planner to be on card stock and the rest bonded as is with a cover page. Janice begin to show me the different card stock pages and I asked if I could get one that didn’t have a gloss. She then slammed the pages on the counter and showed me other card stock that was available. Finally, she started to copy the pages that I requested. While I was waiting she left the counter numerous times and didn’t even inform me that she would come back to assist me after she was helping another customer. After waiting 5 minutes she started to ring up my order. She rudely stated that I will have to come back because there are other customers ahead of me online and I can’t just walk in the store and get service. I told her that I had no clue about the policy and that I would be more than happy to pay what she has done because I was not able to come back in the store. Janice then yelled loudly, that’s because you didn’t read the sign!” As she pointed and tapped at the sign at the counter. I told her I didn’t know because she began to wait on me and that she should have told me in the beginning. After all the yelling from the employee I couldn’t take it anymore. I asked to speak to a manager. I can not lie at this point I was highly upset. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my items. The manager Jannette apologized and comp my order; however, I do not recommend this location for business needs especially if Janice is the person who is waiting on the customers.

Amazon is great but sometimes you want to shop the old fashion way and Office Depot is always there for it. This location is nice. Great parking situation and staff is courteous. I like it!

Rude customer service at print counter. The lady working the print center was rude to me even though I was kind, especially given the whole situation. I went in for a single page print around noon time with the image file on a USB, but the worker told me they were only accepting online orders (even though I couldnt find anywhere that was posted) and Thats what happens when you wait til the last minuet. Okay, fine, so I asked her if I made an online order how long would take since I was hoping to have it in an hour but I since I had things to do I could just come back later. She just flipped the papers she had for online orders in the air in front of me and said I dont know Ive got all these orders to fill out. I fully understood she was busy but it didnt matter what questions I asked her, she was short with me and rude. Okay, fine she doesnt want to help me so I went home, a bit ticked off, and made the online order, which was a bit confusing to figure out on my own, then I waited. The order said it would be ready BY 6 PM. So at 5:30, when I still hadnt gotten notification it was ready, I went back in. I went up to the counter and was told by another worker it would take 30 min. Okay, I have nothing to do until this is ready. Ill wait. Walked around the store and bought a few things I needed then I stood near the print counter watching the workers busily help other customers copy and print things. Finally, at 5:58 another lady walked over and asked why I was just waiting there. The worker who had refused to help me earlier in the day explained something to her in a hushed tone. The new employee took my order info after I told her it was supposed to be ready by 6. FOUR MINUETS LATER I walk out of the store with my single print in hand. Cant believe the rudeness from the first employee. As someone who works in customer service I would never treat customers like this else I would be out of a job. Ive had a few issues here before but this was by far the worst encounter Ive had at their print center.

I had some office supplies that were extras I no longer needed (never opened, still in original packaging). I tried to return them and according to the policy they can be returned without a receipt for the lowest retail price in the past 90 days. However, the associate there didn’t know how to process this in the register and the manager would not take the items back. The manager on duty wasn’t very nice about it either and wouldn’t even try to scan them in the register. The customer service at this location (store # 2396) today was terrible and I’m not happy about it.

Only one self-service copier works. the other one has been. broken over 2 months.

Went in to look for printer ink and saw that it was out of stock. Then I realized that probably 80% of their printer ink was out of stock. The purchasing logistics of the store need to be revisited - I was able to find the ink on Amazon so they lost out on business, and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one looking for printer ink that day

Store #2396 (the Missouri City, TX location) is terrible!“Sharon” the supposed assistant manager is extremely rude and disinterested in assisting her customers. Sharon refused to give me the name of the store manager and his/her working hours so I could complain about her apathetic customer service. I had to drive to the sugar land store for assistance and they were speedy and effective!I also spoke with “Anthony” who claimed he was transferring me to the general manager but instead hang up in my face. Reprehensible service!

I live closer to the Sugar Land location, but I prefer this location by far. The staff is always friendly and professional. I will be driving further away, but its worth it.

Customer service is trash 🗑 The person at the copy station was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to do his job. Had a attitude my whole visit and my labels came out uneven. I called today to see if they received my business cards order from online and the young lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. She said the machine was down so they couldn’t do it. So I proceed to ask when will it be back up and of course she responds with an attitude and says she doesn’t know. I had to call the (800) number to get my refund. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS HERE until they start training their employees to be more professional. I gave it 1 🌟just so I could leave a review

Completely agree with so many other reviews hear this location has staff that is very rude and lazy. three other customers in front of me at the print center werent able to get their items done because the staff was just unable to help them. I got to the counter and they told me to come back in 2 days to just get a simple stack of papers cut in half on their machine. I asked them if it was better to go down to the FedEx office and they said yes please do.

I see the reviews of this big box store. It’s not really the store -it’s is the employees at my neighborhood store. . And I have had three outstanding employees help me in the last two days. I would like to personally thank Jeanette, Av, and today Caleb in the copy department. I couldn’t have asked for more personal service, patience, and just a very pleasant attitude. Being in the retail business myself, I recognize these employees have a choice to make. And they have made the right one. Office Depot, do something to keep these great employees happy

If you like to be ripped off, this is the prefect place for you. So I went to this place yesterday, they have Brother L2315 printer “on sale” for $119.99. And they the high yield tone for $78, something like that. Guess what, I find exact same printer at Walmart(which is less than a mile away) for $89.99, and it’s not even on sale. I also find the same tone sale at Best Buy for $53.99. Great Job! Office Depot, for ripping people off!

THERE IS A YOUNG MALE WHO REGULARLY WORKS AT THE PRINT CENTER AND AS I WAS GIVING HIM MY EMAIL ADDRESS HE STARTS ROLLING HIS HAND AS IF TO SAY COME ON, FASTER,FASTER. YOURE NOT SPEAKING FAST ENOUGH FOR ME! UNBELIEVABLE HOW RUDE SOME OF THESE KIDS THEYRE HIRING NOWADAYS! THIS STORE IS SLOW AS MOLASSES!CALLED THIS STORE TWICE IN PAST 2 DAYS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE COPY PRINT CENTER. BOTH DAYS I GET PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 3 MINS AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS.

I’m not rating the store performance or shopping experience. It’s just the fact that when I googled a place to recycle the used batteries in my area this store popped up but they do not accept recycle batteries!

I initially encountered a very unpleasant ordeal that my online order wasnt received. However, I received a confirmation email immediately after placing my order. I spoke to the manager, Ms. Sharon who worked through my issue and was committed to getting my order printed for me. The order was for our Miss Black Houston Queen to give out her comp cards and we needed them for Saturday morning. More drama continued when I got to store and my order was incorrect, thanks to Ms. Sharon, she assured me that I could pick up my order at 9 a.m. because they will set machine to complete the order. Satisfied customer!!!

Brought a book to get coil bindings installed and the girl that attended me was on her phone eating some kind of cereal while binding my book. I was there for an 1 hour and 45 minutes before I asked another gentlemen there if I could get the book and finished feeding he binding through myself. Worst customer service experience.

This visit reminds me why I started doing online shopping. Workers that dont know where items are, checkout clerks that are not trained. A 5 minute trip extended to 20.

Bought HP printer cartridges, prices are cheaper online, they matched their own online price.

Trying to exchange a $4.19 bag of rubber bands took over 30 minutes two cashiers couldnt get their registers to work. Manager on duty stood watching doing nothing to help as line grew longer and longer. Finally they just did the common sense fix of ringing up the rubber bands I DID want and taking amount to zero. Second visit this week and poor organization as well as workers just standing around not offering to help.

My opinion is give those people a raise. They are helpful and professional.

Rude Rude Rude. The Cashier felt her conversation with her Co worker was more important than doing her job. I waited about 2 min. While she spoke to her Co worker about sports. I kept a smile on my face but was pissed. She finally took care of my purchase and then gave me the wrong ink cartridges. I will never go back.

Print Department closes at 8 for some reason and when Im told to use the self service station, where I can only use basic paper, the system restarts after holding my $5. So I didnt get to print anything and Im down $5 while the pending process resolves.

The manager lied (or was possibly in error for unknown reasons) about the pickup date of a small print order I sent to his store. I dont know if it was a shift manager or the actual store manager. His name sounded like Mark on the phone. I placed an order around noon for 50 copies of a flyer on cardstock for a friend of mine. The splash screen said my order would be ready in about an hour. At about 2.75 hours I contacted the store to inquire about the status of the order. I pointed out the 1 hour estimated delivery time and the young lady said they were short staffed. At that point I said, ok. I under...(click...she hung up). I called back at 3.5 hours and asked to speak to a manager. He said, You selected delivery for tomorrow. I responded with, Cancel my order. He said I cannot. You must call the 1-800 number to do that. I have my emailed receipt and the Pickup Date was today. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to the competition.

Its become my favorite location now over the one off South Main near NRG stadium. They have more people on staff and Its closer to my home.

The service at the copy and scanning machine is horrible, it took 30 minutes for the clerk to scan 3 pages and then she told me she couldnt scan them because her system was off! Then I asked her for color copies of a legal size book and she told me she couldnt do that! Only letter size and only if she take the book apart! Really? ??? ... and this is not the first time they take forever to scan a couple of pages! The service sucks!

Honestly in this office depot location, they dont deserve even one star. They are so rude and very lazy. I have been there more than once, and i can tell.They dont have a clue about customer service, no exception.

The wait time at this location is always terrible. I absolutely hate coming here to print. Dont even try to call the print shop. Youll be left angry because it will take half of an hour just to ask one question!!!!!!!!!!!

I come to this Office Depot a lot because it is near my house. The selection is sketchy and the employees are extremely rude! The checkout is always frustrating because you have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Overall, this location gives Office Depot a bad name!

Bad service (from the on-duty manager!)....New manager declared they didnt carry an item I had been purchasing there periodically over the past 3 years....(when they werent out-of-stock)...He never even checked......I drove 15 minutes to the other Office Depot store, where they had plenty of them in-stock.....Very inconsistent, unreliable inventory management....Lazy staff.
