I was in the store today at about 5:00pm. This young man was at the window and I was waiting behind him. The clerk asked him for his ID and the amount of his last transaction, while she was calling the netspend office to help him with a lost card. He couldnt find the amount of his last transaction and he was looking in his wallet or phone for a while. The clerk asked him to wait on the side while she helped me real quick and he could keep looking for the transaction. He got so mad, he threw the piece of paper at the window, called her rude, and just left and said he was going to report her. I dont know what she did wrong. He had such a hot head and wouldnt listen. She even asked him to stay because she wanted to help him. Her name is Dana and she was calm and professional. Kudos to her! I appreciate her service every time I go.

I Got really sick and I had to call the store to get extension on my loan because fever and other things going on Ms Dana and the other staff there was so helpful they came to my home to help me out so I wouldn’t lose my vehicle they didn’t have to do that but they did it show there still a lot of good in this old cruel world we live in man that filled my heart with so much joy and they are always friendly.
