Ive been going to Yoga Mix for about 2 years. It is the perfect combo of challenging poses and relaxing breathing. Deborah is so knowledgeable and leads a wonderful session. Non-judgmental and welcoming atmosphere, everyone is always so friendly. Great place for a beginner and more experienced yogis.
