From the first call to the last box unloaded, the whole team was friendly and professional. They were prompt on moving day and handled our move with care. Second time using them for a move and I highly recommend their services.

These guys are so easy to deal with. Friendly and efficient office staff get you scheduled. Then the movers they sent did a great job and were friendly. Everything was wrapped well and moved carefully and they put it wherever I wanted it. Nothing was damaged. The estimate was spot on for pricing. No surprises like extra charges. Hiring these guys for an intown move isnt much more than renting a Uhaul, paying for food, and then buying dinner and drinks for a couple of friends. Plus they do a better job than your friends would.

A possible Covid issue arose on their end and they were extremely pro-active in not only communicating it, but having a back-up plan in place. The movers (2 men and a truck, just like name) were prompt, professional, careful, and just as accommodating. No damage, very honest (in their billing as well), and will use again without question. Two Men and a Truck helped us move our Head Quarters. Their team was very communicative throughout the entire process and arrived to our spot for our reservation right on the dot. Mike and Josh were very nice and professional. They worked very quickly and were masterminds at fitting all of our pallets and gear in the truck to maximize space and efficiency during the move. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly they managed to move all our our small warehouse and took extra care of the bigger and more fragile items like our industrial sewing machines from start to finish. Awesome service- would 100% recommend!

Last year I made a move in Missoula that been carefully coordinated with multiple companies, including these movers. The day of the move, three men showed up, when I specifically had asked for two. I spoke with the owner, Devin, and I was told that the business needed to keep all its employees fully scheduled. I did not have time to get another appointment, and sure enough, I was billed for three movers. We had narrow access, and much of the time only two staff were able to actually do the work- the third man seemed to keep himself out of sight, or busy in the truck. I again spoke with Devin, and reminded him that his business was named TWO MEN1. He claimed that three were more efficient than two, which didnt seem correct, based on my observation. I have related my experience to other people looking for movers, and they always seem glad to know about this somewhat fraudulent practice of over-scheduling, and over-charging.

Ive moved a lot, and this was definitely one of the top moves for me! The guys were courteous, efficient, and it was enjoyable to have them around while we worked together to pack and move my things. They took great care of my belongings and asked me about my preferences when it came to special or fragile objects. On top of all this, they moved me in a giant frozen blizzard with a great attitude despite the hardship of the move. I am very pleased with my move with Two Men and a Truck Missoula.

Unloading a cross country move to Missoula by myself in January, I wanted to be sure that the moving company I hired to unload would show up. I chose Two Men and a Truck because they are a national company and the reviews are generally good--but this was a mistake.The day of my move, my contract had the movers arriving at 10 am, so I had my large trailer dropped off at 9am. And then I waited, and waited, and began to unpack while I waited some more. Around noon I called and asked where they were, and I was told there was a scheduling mix up and theyd have someone out as soon as possible. So I waited, and waited, and kept unpacking. By the time two men (and their truck) arrived close to 4pm I had unloaded almost the entire truck by myself--in the freezing rain--save for two large items. Graciously, the driver for the truck company helped me get those out when he came to pick up the trailer. Disappointed with their response time and customer service, I sent the movers from Two Men and a Truck away.In response, Two Men and a Truck refunded my moving deposit and told me it wouldnt happen again. When I needed help with a much smaller job and contacted the company to see if they could offer any sort of discount due to previous negative experience, I was told they wouldnt. Overall a highly disappointing experience from a company I expected to at least show up. I would not recommend them.

These guys are the BEST. Professional, courteous, quick, accommodating and pleasant from the first contact to the movers taking the packing materials with them when they were done. They provided their own pads, did not make me remove stuff from the chests of drawers, packed them up just as they were. They wrapped everything in plastic to prevent it from getting wet-which was awesome because it was raining! Everything arrived damage-free and dry. The office staff and management went out of their way to make sure that the move was a good experience. They were so attentive during the bid process that they came within 1 dollar of their quote! I have had terrible experiences with local movers. Dont waste your time and peace of mind, go to Two Men first. Their trucks are enormous, with plenty of room for a houseful of belongings!

I have worked for two men and a truck a few locations around the country. As a former employee of Two Men and a Truck out of Missoula Montana, ( for clarification purposes my name is Nate and the owner I was employed under was Devin). I have not seen such a distasteful representation of the the Two Men and a truck values. I would CAUTION you against using this company. PLEASE READ your pre-move confirmation letter. It does not have enough information to be a legal binding contract. It does not state that after 8 hours the rate increases, that if the company feels you arent going to pay the they can hold on to your possession until you remit payment, or that this franchise is licensed, bonded, and insured. As a former employee I experienced the most uninformed customers, an extreme lack of care and concern for employees, and a gross manipulation of customer by forcing them to take a 3rd mover when not needed. Beware if you notice the guys taking breaks also, they are notorious for not putting on the paperwork.P.S. Most of my fellow drivers and movers where great and I was fortunate enough to have worked with a few of them. But dont believe the bonus line that they give at the end.And to show the disregard for their employees read the companys response to my review. It does not state or mention any of the concerns I addressed in my review.

Every member of the Missoula team, at every step of my move, was amazing! Responsive and informative representatives, personable and helpful owner, and hardworking and friendly movers.I am especially grateful with their flexibility. I had to be in my new city the same day as my move so I was worried about not being available to observe the movers, as is required in the contract. Luckily, the folks at Two Men and a Truck worked with me and helpfully suggested a close friend or relative could observe them in my stead.I would not hesitate to use this moving service, specifically the Missoula branch, again.Thank you folks!
