A terrible place to work. Management is only interested in the bottom line. People dont matter to them and arent treated well. Nevermind the quality of the journalism - thats a whole different problem.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Have had problems with their billing on a regular basis. Canceled our subscription due to price increase. I was told out service ran through 4/23/16. On 4/21/16 they charged my card again. I call and was told they had to send me a refund check and could not credit my card. When I got the refund check they deducted $3.00 from what they owed me saying I received a special insert paper. I told them I had already paid for the insert in the previous payment and they were charging me twice. I got no where with this paper. They will find any way to cheat a customer. Dont waste your money on this paper.

Cant get local delivery

Trying to get an actual human to help you with billing or account questions is NOT possible. No matter what time or day you call you get a recording We are receiving higher than normal call volumes please hold. So you hold and 20 minutes later you are still holding. This paper deserves to go out f business.

I decided to read the Missoulan today because one happened to be thrown on my driveway for some reason. I read some of it and quickly I noticed how bias it was and also noticed it was not factual. It made me disappointed knowing a small local news company is bias just like the big ones. I have an example. 7/1/18 sunday paper, In section A2 family separation protests etc. 2nd paragraph is false, it was not trumps policy, it was obamas, im not saying trump is perfect but the news should be true... its all over social media because the big news stations dont tell the truth. Please focus on facts and dont be like the big bias news carriers, America can use some facts. I wont be subscribing if the news stays bias like it currently is. Trump has his eyes on testor story is very bias and opinionated as well...

Not a newspaper. Its a lifestyle paper for aging liberal baby boomers that didnt grow up here. Major news events take a back seat to feckless human intetest stories.

Secular humanist, liberal socilsist commentary does not represent conservative, polite majority who are respectful and considerate of other and refuse to use the tactics of radical left.

The writers are terrible, the editorials are single sided and dogmatic, its always a saddening experience to re-realize that this is the state of journalism in our community

Their website is horribly designed and one has to constantly disable ad blocker to get through their torrent of unwanted ads.
